Research On The Status Quo An Optimization Path Of Young Women’s Hockey Reserve Talents Training In Sichuan Province Under The Background Of "Integration Of Sports And Education"

In recent years,the overall competitive strength has continued to decline,Sichuan hockey team as a useful supplement to the national hockey team,and the hockey project as an advantage project in Sichuan Province,its development environment is still not optimistic,has always been named "unpopular project",the province and even the national hockey project development cities are few,the reason needs to start from the training of hockey reserve talents.On September 21,2020,the General Administration of Sports of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents"(hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"),which provides policy guidance for the state to implement the reform of deepening the integration of sports and education,and provides a policy basis for grassroots schools to achieve the dual goals of promoting the healthy development of adolescents and the cultivation of young sports reserve talents "In order to maintain the dominant position of Sichuan Province’s hockey project,the training status of young women’s hockey reserve talents in Sichuan Province is comprehensively analyzed through literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other methods to comprehensively analyze the training status of young women’s hockey reserve talents in Sichuan Province,explore the training dilemma,and propose the future development path.Through practical investigation,it is found that the current difficulties in training are mainly as follows:(1)the deep integration of the two departments of sports and education in Sichuan Province to cultivate young women’s hockey reserve talents is still in the stage of exploration and improvement(2)low social attention,insufficient training base,and unbalanced development in various districts(3)lack of comprehensive ability of the coach team,and the level of scientific training needs to be improved(4)the youth hockey event system is not perfect,and the accumulationof practical experience is insufficient(5)the integration of sports and education is not smooth.Contradictions in study and training still exist:(6)The supply of social security is insufficient,and the transportation of reserve talents is small.Taking the concept of deepening the integration of sports and education in the new era as the core idea,based on the practical dilemma,the specific path of training grassroots girls’ hockey reserve talents in Sichuan Province in the future under the background of the integration of sports and education is proposed from the theoretical level:(1)physical education cooperation to create a reserve talent pool for hockey(2)optimize the training system of coaches,improve scientific material selection and training capabilities(3)improve the youth competition system,polish the brand of sports and education integration(4)deepen the concept of physical education integration,and promote "learning and training optimization"(5)optimize the training environment.Improve the efficiency of hockey talent development.In order to maintain the dominant position of Sichuan hockey project and the sustainable development of the project,and further improve the level of Sichuan hockey competition,popularization and promotion are the foundation,and always adhere to the improvement on the basis of popularization,in order to make the tower base more solid,so as to provide a steady stream of reserve talents for the Sichuan hockey provincial team and even the national team.It is true that as a late-starting and niche hockey program,the improvement of international competitiveness cannot be achieved overnight,and requires sustained efforts at the grassroots level for a long time.
