| Since the No.46 document issued by the state in 2014,the importance of sports industry has become higher and higher.The successful bid for the 24th Winter Olympic Games in 2015 marks that Beijing will become a "double Olympic city" and indicates that the ice and snow industry will become the characteristic foothold of the sports industry.At present,in the beginning of the fourteenth five year plan,the importance of integration between industry and education has been promoted to the national level,and it is urgent to promote the comprehensive development of teenagers’ morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor.Ice hockey,as a rare group sport on the ice,has become a popular winter sport for teenagers depend on its excitation,fun ice hockey training industry has gradually become more and more popular as well.Based on the above background,it is necessary to explore the development situation and existing problems of youth ice hockey training market in Beijing,so as to make it run smoothly and healthily in the future under the environment of normalization of COVID-19 and boost the ice and snow industry and youth sports to develop.Therefore,this thesis uses the methods of literature,field investigation,expert interview and text analysis to analyze the development of youth ice hockey training market in Beijing in recent 10 years.The research includes:b determining the time span of the research market by combing the history of youth ice hockey training in Beijing;building the overall framework of supply and demand perspective which is based on the two elements of the market;combining with the stakeholder theory,the thesis carries out a comprehensive analysis to identify the stakeholders that affect the changes of market supply and demand from three perspectives of national macro,social meso and micro environment,and finds out the existing problems of the market;using the method of text analysis to make a quantitative research on the ice and snow policy,and clarify the effect of policy tools in helping the ice and snow industry.The findings are as follows:1.The youth ice hockey training market in Beijing was initially formed in 201 0,and has been developing rapidly since 2015.The Winter Olympic Games is an indispensable factor in promoting the rapid development of the training market;2.From the perspective of social meso,it is found that the Winter Olympic Games has the greatest impact on the ice hockey in primary and secondary schools,and two Winter Olympic products are derived:ice and snow characteristic school and "Olympic City Cup" Beijing International Youth Ice Hockey invitational tournament;3.The market is unbalanced and inadequate.Imbalance:the number of systems is large,and there are some deviations in the fields;Excess venues,waste of resources;Age gap and gender imbalance of students.Insufficient:single power drive,large gap of compound applied talents,insufficient publicity effect and innovation degree;4.The market foundation was unstable,relevant factors,such as the number of leagues,participants and schools,all rose rapidly from 2015 to 2017,while have shown a cooling trend in the past two years;5,the new crown epidemic has a great impact on the market,but opportunities and challenges coexist.In order to make the market more and more healthy and sustainable in the future,this thesis puts forward specific suggestions:1.Government departments:strengthen responsibility and supervise the market;2.Training institutions:improve service and maintain order;3.Primary and secondary schools:the "c-position" of ice and snow came into being,emphasizes the integration of sports and education;4.Association:overall planning,vigorous promotion;5.In terms of talents:implement the Winter Olympic cooperation program to create compound applied talents;6.Based on the epidemic situation:using the digital economy to practice the "Internet+training" mode;7.Promote the new value of healthy China. |
