Research On The Training System Of Youth Basketball Talents In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of Sports And Education Integration

Our government has always attached importance to the healthy development of youth,and on September 21,2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Youth（hereinafter referred to as "Opinions"）,which is a big event of innovative historical significance in the development of youth sports and health in China.The six initiatives in the Opinions to improve the youth sports competition system require the two systems to integrate sports events and related incentives and support policies,and the resources of both the education system and the sports system will integrate the two tournament systems,implement unified planning and integrated promotion,build a youth basketball competition system for all students,and build a complete youth campus basketball competition system.The concept of integrating sports and education is a clear sign of the development direction of sports and education in China in the new era,and it also makes a strategic plan for the reform and future development of school sports.In this context,literature on competition system,youth basketball tournaments and other related literature was collected using the literature method to lay the theoretical foundation for this study.Based on investigating the current situation of youth basketball development in Shaanxi Province,sorting out the current youth basketball tournament types,tournament management,tournament objectives,tournament resources and tournament system in Shaanxi Province,this paper attempts to analyze and study the existing youth basketball competition system in Shaanxi Province.We then use questionnaire survey method and expert interview method to collect relevant effective data and collate the specific measures of many relevant coaches,teachers and experts on improving the competition system,and listen to the opinions of experts from education and sports departments through field trips to propose specific measures to improve the youth basketball competition system in Shaanxi Province under the background of sports-education integration,hoping to provide theoretical support for the integration of sports and education youth basketball tournaments in Shaanxi Province and the improvement of the youth basketball competition system.improve the youth basketball competition system to provide theoretical reference,better promote the healthy development of youth in Shaanxi Province,and promote the development of basketball in Shaanxi Province.The results of the study indicate that the problems of the youth basketball competition system in Shaanxi Province include: the lack of communication and partial fragmentation between the Education Bureau and the Sports Bureau in Shaanxi Province regarding youth basketball tournaments;the imperfect system of youth basketball tournaments in Shaanxi Province,the different purposes of the two systems,the large differences in the level of campus teachers,the lack of basketball tournaments for all youth,the different participation and age settings of the tournaments in the sports and education sectors,and the poor integration mechanism between the two sectors.The system of youth basketball in Shaanxi Province is not perfect,the purpose of the two systems is different,the level of campus teachers differs greatly,there is no basketball event for all youth,the eligibility and age settings of sports and education sector events are different,and the integration mechanism of basketball events between the two sectors is not smooth.In the context of sports-education integration,the following measures are proposed according to the requirements of improving the youth competition system in the Opinions:（1）sports and education departments need to join hands to organize youth basketball events and build a tiered and graded youth basketball tournament system;（2）sports and education departments jointly determine the competition goals;（3）sports and education departments use the after-school time,weekend and vacation time of young students to reasonably layout basketball tournaments,additional youth basketball tournaments;（4）the need for sports and education departments to coordinate the eligibility of athletes to register,sports departments can participate in education sector events as well as part-time athlete level certification,mutual recognition and reward assessment;（6）promote the integration of tournament resources,optimize the level of teachers;（7）accelerate the smooth integration of the two major departments in the province’s youth basketball tournament mechanism,will form a universal,selective（6）to promote the further optimization of the youth basketball competition system in Shaanxi Province in the context of sports-education integration,so as to promote the sustainable development of youth basketball competition in Shaanxi Province for the physical and mental health of youth.
