In the process of steady progress of the rule of law in China,the education of the rule of law has also received attention from all aspects.Due to the key period of cognitive development and the middle period of the whole learning stage,the integration and connection of rule of law education is particularly important.Under the guidance of the integration strategy of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools,it is helpful to systematically cultivate the awareness of the rule of law among junior and senior high school students,and to provide theoretical support in implementing the integrated construction of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools and improving the timeliness of rule of law education in junior and senior high schools.Apart from the introduction,this paper chiefly discusses from the following aspects.The first part is the concept and significance of the integration of ideological and political education in junior and senior high school.Firstly,by distinguishing "legal education" from "legal education",this paper clarifies the nature and purpose of the latter at the present stage;at the same time,it shows that the integration of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools is the background support of the integration of education ruled by law.As the middle stage of the process of primary and secondary schools,the middle stage of junior and high school has particularity.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the strategy of integrating the rule of law education in the middle and middle schools of junior and high schools.The second part is the overall analysis of the integration of ideological and political education in junior and senior high school.According to the questionnaire survey,interviews and the collation and summary of all kinds of texts and related literature,this paper combs the current situation of the integration of ideological and political education in junior and senior high school,and makes an overall analysis of the two stages of junior high school and senior high school from the aspects of learning situation,teaching content,teaching method and depth.The third part is the tactics of the integration of ideological and political education in junior and senior high school.In the first place,the strategy is put forward on the basis of questionnaire survey,teacher interview and current situation analysis,so cohesion strategy is also put forward from four aspects.It mainly includes: overall planning in the goal,overall coordination in content,construction of a good communication mechanism,in the depth of teaching according to the learning situation layer by layer,as well as innovative education methods,so as to strengthen the connection and integration of the rule of law education in junior and senior high school.The fourth part,the integration of ideological and political education in junior and senior high school needs to pay attention to several problems.In addition to the strategies mentioned in the previous part,in the integration of education under the rule of law,we should also pay attention to teachers should always update their teaching concepts,be close to students’ lives in the development of resources,and realize the exchange of educational resources.finally,in order to encourage students to get positive feedback on education,teaching evaluation should also be updated,paying attention to immediate evaluation and effective evaluation of various aspects,multi-subjects and multi-emotional circumstances,and so on.
