| The rule of law identity means that people accept and recognize the legal system including the legal norm and value and internalize the value pursuit in their mind to unconsciously regulate their behavior.In the era of globalization and information,as there are many multiple values conflicts,some senior high school students do not recognize or trust the government by law.So they are not clear their understanding of the rule of law.As an important carrier to cultivate the rule of law identity,the ideological and political course is designed to cultivate senior high school students meeting the requirement of the country’s socialism legal system.The premise of advocating to abide by laws is to recognize the rule of law.As the motivity to uphold laws also comes from the recognition,it is necessary to implement ideological and political course.In this study,based on analyzing the combination of the research achievement of rule of law identity and ideological and political course,the conception of rule of law identity is sorted out and the features of high school students’ legal identity are proposed to identify the legal identity,identity of law and identity of legal system.Although in the actual teaching,much attention has been paid to the government by law and there has been some achievements in legal education,due to some social realities such as corruption or law enforcement conflict,high school students have difficulties in rule of law identity.The shortcomings in high school students’ rule of law identity are showed as poor trust,low awesome and lack of responsibility of government by law.They also have less opportunities to experience legal value,therefore there is biases in political cognition of the government by law.In this study,based on the research result,according to the main reasons that current senior high school students are not clear in understanding the rule of law,how to cultivate high school students’ rule of law identity is concluded as follows:the inspiring of legal emotion,experience of legal value and political recognition of government by law.The implementation strategy of rule of law identity cultivation teaching is proposed from three stages that are emotion identity of high school student,value experience and behavior identity.The teaching strategy is implemented from inspiring the students’ legal emotion in teaching,setting the background of the cases during value experience and requirements for evaluating the teaching in details.Based on implementation of legal identity cultivation strategy,combining to the first unit in the textbook「Economic Lifel」and「Magic Currency」,the rule of law identity cultivation is implemented to the teaching to provide some reference to the ideological and political course teaching in senior high school. |
