Research Objective: Based on the current low enthusiasm of students in Sanda teaching,which is difficult to achieve the ideal teaching effect,this study applies sports games to junior high school Sanda teaching to explore the application effect of sports games in junior high school Sanda teaching practice,and compares whether there is a difference in teaching effect between adding sports games to junior high school Sanda teaching and not adding sports games to teaching through teaching experimental research,and if there is a difference,it is in which aspects.In addition,it can provide relevant theoretical references for junior high school Sanda teaching,so as to meet the learning needs of junior high school students,promote the healthy development of students,and inherit and develop Chinese martial arts.Research Methods: This paper adopts the research methods of literature method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method,and selects a total of 80 students from two classes of the first grade of Yutan Middle School in Changsha as experimental subjects,among which the control class adopts the teaching method of explanation and demonstration,and the experimental class applies sports games in Sanda teaching.The 12-week experiment reflected the impact of applying sports games in junior high school Sanda teaching by comparing the physical fitness indicators commonly used by junior high school students,the performance of Sanda-related skills,and students’ interest and attitude before and after learning,so as to provide corresponding theoretical guidance for Sanda teaching in junior high school and promote the inheritance and development of wushu Sanda.The results of the study: The design of this game is created according to the physical and mental development laws of junior high school students and the characteristics of sanda movement technology,and applied to junior high school Sanda teaching,so as to better promote students’ physical health and interest in sanda.After 12 weeks of experimental teaching,the students of the two classes were respectively(1)physical fitness: the physical fitness indicators tested by the students in both classes improved,but the difference was not obvious(2)In terms of sanda skills: through 12 weeks of teaching experiments,the teaching method of organizing students’ exercises using explanations and demonstrations in the control class was compared with the teaching of sports games in the experimental class,and it was concluded that the students in the two classes had significant differences in the scores of sanda technical movements(p <0.05),the experimental class was better than the control class.(3)Physical education learning interest: After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the two classes had significant differences in negative interest,positive interest,sports participation,autonomy and inquiry in the "Junior High School Students’ Physical Learning Interest Level Evaluation Scale"(p<0.05).Before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in the five dimensions of the "Junior High School Students’ Physical Education Learning Interest Level Evaluation Scale"(p>0.05).After the experiment,the students in the two classes had significant differences in the five dimensions of the "Junior High School Students’ Physical Education Learning Interest Level Evaluation Scale"(p<0.05).(4)Physical education learning attitude: After 12 weeks of sanda teaching experiment,the two classes had significant differences in learning style,interest and participation and classroom performance on the "Junior High School Students’ Physical Education Learning Attitude Self-evaluation Scale"(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the dimensions of the "Junior High School Students’ Physical Education Learning Attitude Self-evaluation Scale" before and after the experiment(p<0.05).There were significant differences in interest and participation and classroom performance in the "Self-evaluation Scale of Physical Education Learning Attitudes of Junior High School Students" before and after the experiment(P<0.05)Research conclusions:(1)In the process of junior high school sanda teaching,students learning sanda can improve their physical fitness to a certain extent,and there is no big difference between the two teaching methods for improving physical fitness.(2)Students can learn their etiquette and technical movements to a certain extent after sanda learning,but the use of sports games in the process of sanda teaching can better reflect its teaching effect(3)The application of sports games in junior high school sanda teaching can better improve students’ interest in physical learning and attitude to physical learning,and from the results,the application of sports games in junior high school sanda teaching is more conducive to students’ love of sanda,and can better promote students’ independent practice of sanda projects.
