Research purposes: according to the reasons that students are not active in learning and it is difficult to get ideal teaching effect in the course of elective course of Sanda in colleges and universities,this study introduces sports games into elective course of Sanda in colleges and universities,this paper discusses whether this kind of teaching method can help teachers achieve ideal teaching results,and provides reference for the reform of optional teaching method of Sanda in colleges and universities.Methods of Literature Review,Questionnaire Survey,experiment and mathematical statistics were used in this study.Based on the experimental results of the application of sports games in the elective teaching of Sanda in colleges and universities,50 students from two classes of Sanda in grade 2018 of Xianning vocational and technical college were selected as experimental subjects for a period of four months,32 hours of Sanda Teaching Experiment,and the teaching results after the experiment were systematically analyzed and elaborated.Results:(1)physical fitness: After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two classes in 50 meters,pull-up,sitting forward bend and 1000 meters(P & Lt;0.05).(2)Sanda Skill: After the experiment,there were significant differences in the test results of Sanda walking,boxing,leg,wrestling and actual combat skill between the two classes(P & Lt;0.05).(3)after the experiment,there are differences in the distribution of the number of excellent,good,qualified and unqualified students between the two classes.(4)the emotional attitude of Sanda course: After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two classes in the learning attitude,learning motivation and learning interest(P & Lt;0.05).Research Conclusions:(1)in the elective teaching of Sanda in colleges and universities,using sports game teaching and not using sports game teaching can effectively improve the level of students' physical quality,but from the perspective of the extent of students' physical quality improvement,the use of sports game teaching has more advantages and effects.(2)after the students have learned Sanda courses,the technical level of Sanda has been improved to different degrees,and from the students' mastery of the various technical movements of Sanda,in the elective teaching of Sanda in ordinary universities,the use of sports games can more effectively help students master Sanda technical movements,improve the technical level of Sanda.(3)from the distribution of the number of students in various stages of Sanda course examination results after the optional teaching experiment of Sanda in ordinary colleges and universities,the use of sports games in teaching can effectively improve the "excellent" rate and "good" rate of Sanda course examination results,control the "qualified" rate and reduce the "unqualified" rate.(4)in the elective teaching of Sanda in colleges and universities,it is more advantageous to use sports games to correct students' attitude to Sanda course,to strengthen students' learning motivation and to stimulate students' learning interest.
