With the continuous improvement of international recognition and scientific training of wushu sanda projects,the rapid development of sanda technology in various countries,and the strength of sanda athletes in some countries has gradually caught up with China,making China’s sanda athletes lose their previous dominance and have been under unprecedented pressure in the international arena.This paper uses literature method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to analyze the athlete technical system and winning factors of the 14 th National Wushu Men’s Individual Competition of Chinese Athletes in 2021,and strives to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific training of wushu sanda projects,and provide technical guidance and practical basis for creating excellent results in the competition.1.In terms of technical system: straight fist,whip leg,and leg fall are the main use techniques.In this National Games,the technical system used by male athletes in order of the most is leg method,boxing method,and falling method,and the success rate is leg method,falling method and boxing method from high to low.Among them,straight fist is the most used boxing method,hook fist is the highest success rate of boxing method,whip leg is the leg method with the highest number of uses and success rate,leg drop is the most used throwing method,and dive fall is the highest success rate.2.As far as click and combination techniques are concerned: each level has differences,in the use rate of click technology,whip legs are the three levels of the highest use rate of technology,combination technology,the first three levels of the content is the same,success rate,small level click for whip leg,combination for fist throwing combination,medium level click for dive fall,combination for fist and leg combination,large level click for dive fall,combination for leg combination.3.As far as the winning factors of the top three athletes in each level are concerned: the winning technique is mainly wrestling,supplemented by fists and legs.Whiplash,straight fist,swing fist are the most used technical movements in all levels,and the success rate is led by wrestling,it can be seen that wrestling is the core winning technique of the top three athletes,so it can be known that the victory in this National Games is mainly based on wrestling,supplemented by fists and legs.4.In terms of the comparison of the top three athletes in each class and the non-top three athletes: the top three are mainly based on wrestling techniques,and the non-top three are mainly based on boxing techniques.In terms of success rate,the first movement of the top three athletes is all throwing,and the first movement of non-top three athletes is all boxing,which shows that wrestling is the main factor for winning the competition in this National Games.
