The integration of physical education is the theme and direction of the development of physical education in the new era,the state in order to promote the development of physical education integration issued a series of policies,the main purpose is to break the barriers between sports and education,so that sports and education to achieve balanced development,and the educational function and value of sports to the maximum,so physical education homework for the promotion of students’ comprehensive development in school physical education has important significance.This study explores the changes of college students’ interest in physical education,exercise attitude,physical fitness and sports skills after completing the homework by designing badminton sports homework,and studies the impact of physical education on college students,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the development of school physical education.In this study,40 college students who participated in public physical education classes of Changchun Institute of Technology were selected as experimental subjects,and questionnaires were surveyed about their interest in physical education learning and exercise attitude before and after the experiment.In this study,the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method were used.The SPSS software was used to statistically analyze the recorded data,and the data analysis mainly used the independent sample T test and the paired sample T test to compare and analyze the differences between the experimental group and the control group in sports learning interest,exercise attitude,physical fitness,and sports skills.The results showed that:(1)After the intervention of sports homework,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the dimension of negative interest and sports participation(P < 0.05),and significant differences in the dimension of active interest(P < 0.01).(2)After the intervention of sports homework,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in behavioral attitude,behavioral cognition and behavioral habits(P <0.05),and significant differences in behavioral intention and emotional experience(P <0.01).(3)After the physical fitness of college students,the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in the scores of 50 meters and 1000 meters(P <0.05),and the differences in the scores of and standing long jump and T-run were very significant(P < 0.01).(4)After the intervention of sports homework,the differences of badminton skills between the experimental group and the control group were significant in forehand high serve,backhand net serve,forehand high serve and backhand high serve(P < 0.01).The results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in sports learning interest,sports exercise attitude,physical fitness and sports skills after 12 weeks of sports work.The test scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved to varying degrees compared with before the experiment,but the improvement effect of the experimental group was more significant,which confirmed the effectiveness of badminton sports homework design.In the design of sports homework content,a certain amount of interest and independent choice is integrated,which effectively improves the attitude of students towards sports homework,but also improves the enthusiasm of students to complete the homework.From the actual situation of students to carry on the hierarchical design of homework,effectively improve the quality of students to complete the homework.In the process of the implementation of physical education homework,online feedback can enable teachers to grasp the situation of students’ completion of homework in time,communicate with students in time and provide corresponding guidance.In the process of homework design,the implementation of teacher evaluation has played a certain supervisory role,which effectively helps students develop the habit of lifelong physical exercise.
