With the continuous development of Chinese football reserve personnel training mode and the continuous development of Chinese campus football reserve personnel training mode,the position of campus football reserve personnel training mode increases continuously.At present,the reserve talents training of campus football lacks the problem of identifying and screening interest subjects,failing to explain the structure of interest pursuit of each subject,and not predicting and analyzing the phenomenon of interest game.In this paper,literature analysis,interview,statistical analysis,logical analysis,mathematical model method,based on the research paradigm of grounded theory,the theoretical model of the game phenomenon among the core stakeholders of campus football reserve talent training activities is constructed,and on this basis,the evolutionary game model is constructed,the evolution trend of the game model is deduced,and the game results are predicted.In order to adjust the interest conflicts in the cultivation of campus football reserve talents,it will make a contribution to improving the cultivation mode of Chinese football reserve talents.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through practical investigation;Stakeholder concept sheet;Through two rounds of selection of Marshall model,it is concluded that the core stakeholders of campus football reserve talent cultivation activities are: school leaders,football coaches and students’ parents.(2)Based on the grounded theory,this paper investigates the game phenomenon of the core stakeholders of school football characteristic schools in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Tan area of Hunan Province,and obtains 111 data codes of school leaders through open coding of relevant data.Football coach data code 149;Student parents data code 138.Selective coding is used to extract and summarize the data.The core categories of game elements of school leaders are:training cost,financial support,negative benefits,game strategy;The core categories of game elements of football coaches are: economic income,training cost,illegal punishment,game strategy;The core categories of game elements of students’ parents are: time cost,economic cost,loss of interest,training information and game strategy.On this basis,the theoretical code to construct a three-party game theory model of campus football reserve talent training activities.(3)With campus football reserve talent training activities tripartite game theory model,through the establishment of the campus football reserve talent training activity stakeholders,a kind of evolutionary game model analysis found that the overall system will tend to ,and points,namely,school leaders,football coaches,parents of three parties jointly choose three kinds of results:(passive response,slack training,passive participation);(active governance,comprehensive training,passive participation);A three-way game strategy chooses a state in which the interests of all parties are involved.(4)Through the analysis of three stable points , and ,the game results of the active training of campus football reserve talents are as follows: parents of students tend to choose passive participation;The strategy choices of school leaders and football coaches are interrelated and proportional to each other.They tend to be positive or negative together.When all parties of the game make decisions based on collective interests and consider the interests of others for their own decision-making choices,the game results will tend to be stable.
