With the advancement of information revolution,great changes have taken place in the way of social labor production in our country.With the development of information and communication technology and the popularization of portable productivity tools and equipment,the combination between workers and means of production has become increasingly flexible.Workers in many industries are no longer strictly limited by time and space in labor production.The typical industry type is knowledge workers in Internet enterprises.By combining the "knowledge resources" mastered by Internet knowledge workers with non-physical production resources such as "big data,traffic and IP" of enterprises,they engage in innovative and research-oriented digital labor production,which has provided a great value for social development in recent years.In the face of increasingly flexible employment relations,Internet companies combined with the characteristics of their own industry to explore a set of "self-consistent" employment system and management mode,to maximize the development and use of workers’ enthusiasm for production.However,with the increasing number of labor groups engaged in the Internet industry,the shortcomings of employment and management of Internet enterprises began to be concerned,the much-criticized "996" and "007" work system is derived from the Internet industry,the related occupational sudden death and excessive labor news is also commonly seen in the newspaper.More and more scholars began to examine the reasons behind this social phenomenon.The research found that the Internet enterprises cleverly used the "project system" and "flexible working system" to cover up the long-term and continuous invisible overtime work in the industry.The enterprise constructs norms by means of performance appraisal,elimination at the bottom,invisible layoffs,shaping overtime culture and so on,and trains every employee to be "capable and obedient" by means of hierarchical monitoring,standardized ruling and review,and finally achieves the result of "self-enslavement".The workers engaged in related industries are under labor control and in a state of mental tension for a long time,and their legitimate right to rest has been ignored by external influences.Focusing on such social reality,the author tries to take Marx’s concept of labor alienation and Foucault’s micro-power theory as the analytical perspective,combined with the empirical statistical results of cases,to explore the potential reasons why the Internet knowledge workers’ right of rest cannot be realized.In response to the practical problems,the author proposes to improve the working hour identification standard of laborers in the Internet era,construct the off-line right system of Internet laborers,strengthen the responsibility and relief of the protection of laborers’ rest right,and promote the digital reform of labor supervision.
