The school undertakes important functions such as talent training,social service and cultural inheritance,so inheriting excellent traditional cultural policies is also an important part of education social policies.Inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture is not only related to cultural self-confidence,cultural security and cultural soft power,but also an important educational and social policy practice activity for all levels and types of schools.Since the practice of inheriting excellent traditional culture runs through multiple courses and a variety of practical activities,the school combines its own resource conditions to creatively integrate the implementation of the policy of bringing excellent traditional Chinese culture into the campus.Therefore,the local practice of contextualizing the policy of introducing Chinese excellent traditional culture into campus has positive theoretical value and practical significance.This article takes the H Primary School in Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province as a case study,and focuses on the implementation of the policy of bringing excellent traditional Chinese culture into schools.First,we sort out the evolution of the policy text of the introduction of Chinese traditional culture into campus.Secondly,it focuses on the implementation of the policy of introducing excellent traditional Chinese culture into the campus of H Primary School;Third,it describes the results of policy implementation and the shortcomings in analysis.Based on the research on the implementation of the policy of H Primary School’s excellent traditional Chinese culture into campus,we found that based on the policy documents issued by H Primary School and above,we formulated specific implementation plans that were in line with the school according to their own conditions.The implementation process of the policy of bringing Chinese excellent traditional culture into campus is actually a process in which schools and social workers rely on the three carriers of classroom teaching,extracurricular activities and management services.And in the process of policy implementation,certain results have been achieved: the school has tapped resources according to local conditions,effectively integrated excellent traditional Chinese culture with education and teaching management services,enriched educational significance,and improved students’ initiative;However,there are also some shortcomings: teachers’ understanding of work needs to be improved,the degree of resource activation needs to be enhanced,some work arrangements need to be optimized,and the main body of policy implementation needs to be expanded.In addition,the effectiveness and shortcomings of policy implementation are related to policy resources,policy implementation subjects,policy implementation objects,and the characteristics of the policies themselves.This paper argues that due to the weakness of the policy of Chinese excellent traditional culture into campus,the implementation process of such social policies cannot be an ideal model promoted from top to bottom,but can only be the grassroots level according to its own specific actual situation and combined with its own resource conditions,creatively implement the policy of Chinese excellent traditional culture into campus.In a sense,this way of implementing social policies enriches the types of actions in social policy implementation and provides reference or reference for the implementation of vulnerable social policies.
