| In recent years,with the continuous development of Internet information technology,the influence of social work has gradually increased,providing new ideas and methods for China to carry out grassroots governance construction work.The "Internet + social work" model has become an important means of community governance and social construction,changing the traditional community management methods and improving the level of community governance.With the development of the times,the needs of community residents have also become diversified.Given the limited number of professional social workers and their energy,in order to meet the diversified needs of the community and improve the effectiveness of services,community services and governance through the Internet information platform have also become an important method of social work services.This paper takes community X as a case study,and uses participant observation and interviews to understand the basic information of the project,the views of each subject on the introduction of the Internet information platform in the community,and the specific work content of social workers in the project.The study also explored the background and promotion process of the "Internet + social work" model in community governance.The paper finds that there are problems in the process of governance,such as insufficient motivation of communities to use the platform,low awareness of community residents’ participation,lack of "Internet + social work" professionals,and inadequate related institutional mechanisms.This paper argues that "Internet + social work" provides a new path for the development of community governance and also promotes the development of the social work industry. |
