| Secondary vocational schools are an important training base for logistics professionals,and the "Guiding Opinions on the Formulation and Implementation of Professional Talent Training Programs in Vocational Colleges" issued by the Ministry of Education clearly proposes to promote the reform of vocational education teaching,deepen the reform of teaching methods,promote the use of new teaching methods,and create high-quality classrooms.At present,logistics teachers in many secondary vocational schools are actively participating in teaching reform and trying to use taskdriven teaching methods in the "Fundamentals of Logistics" course.Based on constructivist learning theory,humanistic learning theory and multiple intelligence theory,this study selects students majoring in logistics service and management from two secondary vocational schools X and Y in Q City and the teachers of the "Fundamentals of Logistics" course as the survey objects,and uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method and classroom observation method to investigate the application of task-driven teaching method in the secondary vocational "Logistics Fundamentals" course.The survey found that the interest and authenticity of the task content need to be improved,and it is not close enough to the actual situation of the logistics industry.In the process of task implementation,the overall effect of group cooperative learning needs to be improved,and the overall classroom order is not good.Mission evaluations lack pluralism and comprehensiveness.In view of the above problems,the optimization strategy of task-driven pedagogy applied in the middle vocational "Fundamentals of Logistics" course is proposed.First,improve teachers’ comprehensive ability,optimize task content design,and enhance the interest and authenticity of task content;Second,optimize group cooperative learning management;Third,strengthen the standardized management of task-driven teaching classrooms;Fourth,attach importance to the task evaluation link and improve the task evaluation method.It is expected to improve the teaching effect of task-driven teaching method in the "Fundamentals of Logistics" course,improve the quality of classroom teaching,and cultivate more outstanding logistics professionals for the society. |
