In the quality composition of kindergarten childcare education,the quality of collective teaching activities as an important factor will directly affect the learning and development of children in kindergarten,and then affect the overall quality of kindergarten childcare education,so the construction of a scientific and reasonable quality evaluation index system of kindergarten collective teaching activities has important value for promoting the learning and development of children,the professional growth of teachers and even the improvement of the overall quality of childcare education.Firstly,through reading literature and conducting interviews,this study clarifies the relevant dimensions and concepts of the quality of kindergarten collective teaching activities,and preliminarily constructs the quality evaluation index system of kindergarten collective teaching activities,including 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 38third-level indicators of teaching design,teaching process,teaching implementation and teaching effect.Secondly,this study sent questionnaires to experts in related fields and kindergarten teachers,and completed the construction and weight determination of the quality evaluation index system of kindergarten collective teaching activities.The first step was to send questionnaires to experts in relevant fields,and use the Delphi method to screen the indicators,and after two rounds of expert consultation,quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out respectively,and the evaluation index system was further revised.The second step was to send questionnaires to front-line kindergarten teachers for testing,and finally completed the screening of indicators,and determined 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and37 third-level indicators of teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching effect.The third step is to use the analytic hierarchy method to construct a judgment matrix through pairwise comparison,and use Yaahp software to calculate the weights of primary and secondary indicators respectively,and obtain that the weights of teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching effect of first-level indicators are 0.307,0.554 and 0.138,respectively.Confirm the peer weight and final weight of the three-level indicators;Scores for each indicator are distributed on a 100-point scale.Finally,the quality evaluation index system of kindergarten collective teaching activities constructed in this study is used to apply the group teaching activities in five major fields,and it is found that the constructed evaluation index system is highly operable and can be widely used in the analysis and evaluation of kindergarten collective teaching activities.
