The immediate evaluation of teachers in the centralized teaching activities of kindergarten plays a direct role in children’s behavior change,future development,teachers’ education and teaching process and professional growth.The impact value of these immediate evaluations on children and teachers cannot be ignored.First of all,small class children are in a critical period of self-development,and the formation of self-concept largely depends on the immediate evaluation of teachers;Secondly,teachers’ immediate evaluation helps teachers to consciously grasp the overall level of children’s current development,refine and summarize the key experience gained by children,further enhance children’s learning motivation and interest,and thus organize follow-up activities more targeted and purposeful;Thirdly,teachers’ immediate evaluation is an indispensable part of their professional ability,an important basis for building high-quality preschool teachers in China,and a strong support for promoting high-quality preschool education.The work of teachers is creative and special.Especially for new teachers,it is easy to pay attention to the design and organization ability of activities and ignore the immediate evaluation in the activities.Therefore,it is very important to pay attention to the specific situation of the immediate evaluation of the new kindergarten teachers in the small class teaching activities.This paper selects Chengdu N Kindergarten as the research site,takes the new teacher A in the N2 small class of the kindergarten as the research object and cooperative teacher,adopts the research methods of action research paradigm,comprehensive observation method and interview method,and implements a total of three rounds of action plans in three months,strictly in accordance with the spiral repeated cycle structure of making plans,implementing actions,observing and reflecting in the action research.Based on the data obtained in the comprehensive action research and the effectiveness analysis,the researcher put forward the following four conclusions: First,the correct understanding of the value of immediate evaluation is an important prerequisite.Second,the positive emotional input of immediate evaluation is the guarantee.Third,mastering and applying the real-time evaluation method is the key.Fourth,continuous reflection on immediate evaluation is the catalyst.At the same time,the researcher pointed out the path suggestions for optimizing the immediate evaluation of new teachers in small class teaching activities.From the perspective of new teachers,new teachers should enhance their cognitive learning of immediate evaluation,internalize correct immediate evaluation methods,pay attention to emotional input in immediate evaluation and improve their reflective ability after immediate evaluation;From the perspective of kindergarten management,we should pay more attention to the immediate evaluation ability of new teachers,increase multiple training to improve the immediate evaluation ability of new teachers,and implement the policy requirements for training the immediate evaluation ability of new teachers.
