The importance of preschool education development of the whole country for the children’s healthy growth, already win support among the people, the state promulgated a series of policies to vigorously develop preschool education, in the development of preschool education quantity also increases the quality of attention. Evaluation of children is an important way to test and improve preschool education quality, but also due to the special characteristics of age and early childhood education of children, on children’s informal evaluation makes teachers become children’s evaluation commonly used and effective form, moreover, our country is still in Kindergarten Collective Teaching is one of the main activities of the organization form, therefore, the research from the collective teaching activities in kindergarten situation, research on children’s informal teacher evaluation.The study selected Kunming city C a large group of kindergarten as the research object, carries on a case study of the teachers in the collective teaching activities in the informal assessment of children. In order to observe the law primarily, auxiliary method using the methods of literature, interview and case analysis, analysis of quantitative statistics and qualitative teacher C of a large group of Kindergarten Collective Teaching Activities in the informal assessment of children,shows the status and characteristics of different activities, and teachers in different object children’s informal evaluation, and carries on the analysis,and then from the aspects of teachers, preschool and Kindergarten Collective Teaching Activities in the situation, the management, the parents and the concept of Chinese traditional ideology and culture, analysis of objective and subjective factors of teachers affect C a large group of Kindergarten Collective Teaching Activities in kindergarten in informal evaluation, and based on this, three aspects from teachers and parents, kindergarten management thinking, put forward the improvement proposal.
