Research On The Social Work-Related Social Forces Participation In The Protection Of Minors From The Perspective Of Resource Mobilization

The protection of minors is the focus of worldwide attention,and the effective protection of minors is often regarded as the responsibility of the government and the family.However,the policies introduced in recent years have given legal status to the social work involved in the protection of minors.Social workers as an important force in social governance,how to link other social forces involved in the protection of minors play a major role? Why the dilemma of“Linking but not moving” and“Moving but not connecting” appears,and what are the main problems it faces? These are our theoretical and practical exploration of the main task.This study reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the protection of minors,social work involved in the protection of minors,social forces involved in the protection of minors three aspects,it is found that domestic social work-based social forces involved in the protection of minors in the specific practices and the role of the mechanism is still lacking.Therefore,the author based on the N Social Work service station in Panyu District,Guangzhou,eight months of internship experience,taking the project of the Guardian Plan for the growth of minors(hereinafter referred to as the project of the Guardian Angel)as a typical case,this paper makes an in-depth anatomy of the project by means of case study.Based on the basic assumptions of the resource mobilization theory,this paper extends the premise of linkage,the foundation of linkage,the object of linkage and the technology of linkage.It is found that the process of social work linkage can be divided into four stages:the budding stage,the preparation stage,the exploration stage and the mature stage,social work in each stage of the environment and conditions are different,through the acquisition and control of external and internal resources,to prepare for the premise of the linkage,to explore the target of the linkage of resources to deepen the linkage strategy.Although social work has achieved good results in the linkage process,there are still three difficulties: the weak voice of social workers,the weakening of the linkage between the main network,the lack of brand effect.In order to solve these problems,social workers should play a professional and localization of the pivotal role.Therefore,based on the resource mobilization theory as an analytical tool,we draw the following conclusions: First,in the level of frame mobilization,the weak voice of social workers is an important premise to affect the linkage,to give full space and authority for social work development;Secondly,at the level of member mobilization,the key to the target of linkage resources is to organize close social networks,clarify the roles and responsibilities of multiple subjects,smooth communication channels,and activate the sense of responsibility of linkage subjects,at the level of Resource Mobilization,building project brand is an effective way to expand influence,to fully integrate the elements and concepts of“Five societies”,to strengthen the ability of social workers to self-blood,and to constantly innovate and integrate the linkage technology,improve the efficiency of resource linkage.
