Research On "Course Ideological And Political" Practical Education In Petroleum Colleges And Universities

Promoting the ideological and political construction of courses is an important deployment made by the Party Central Committee on the basis of deepening the reform of ideological and political theory courses in schools in the new era.In recent years,major colleges and universities across the country have actively promoted the ideological and political construction of courses,focusing on solving the fundamental problem of what kind of people to train,how to train people,and for whom to train people,so as to raise the quality of talent training to a new level.How to carry out ideological and political education in the practical teaching process inside and outside the classroom and optimize the effect of educating people is an important topic worthy of research.The thesis takes five petroleum colleges and universities as the research objects,through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and other research methods,to understand the practical education situation of "curriculum ideology and politics" in petroleum colleges and universities,and strive to solve the problem of "curriculum ideology and politics" in petroleum colleges and universities.In the process of practical teaching,there are problems at the mechanism level,team level,teaching level,and education level,in order to further promote the construction of "curriculum ideology and politics" in petroleum colleges and universities,and better improve the effectiveness of "curriculum ideology and politics" practice education.In the research,the first systematic research and overall analysis of the practical teaching situation of "course ideology and politics" in these five petroleum colleges and universities are carried out.Relevant guidance documents,actively promote curriculum reform,and give full play to the educational effectiveness of various courses.Among them,the existing problems are reflected in the incomplete coverage of practice bases and few practical activities;the integration of ideological and political education is difficult,and the teaching skills are lacking;the participation in practical activities is low,and the effect of educating people is not good;The reasons are mainly due to the imperfect operation mechanism,the relative lack of professional ability,the uneven play of the main role,and the lack of innovation in the education model.Therefore,four reasonable suggestions are put forward: improving the top-level design and promoting the establishment of the mechanism;strengthening the team building and building a joint force in educating people;respecting the main body position and promoting the participation of all staff;combining professional characteristics and building a brand model,so as to promote the oil industry.The construction of "course ideology and politics" in colleges and universities can effectively enhance the effectiveness of practical education and provide useful guidance.
