| Prosocial behavior is not only an important part of individual socialization,but also a positive behavior that should be vigorously advocated to strengthen the construction of civic morality.The physical and mental development of rural boarders is related to the overall quality of rural compulsory education.In addition to the frequent campus bullying in rural boarding schools,we should pay more attention to cultivating rural boarders’ prosocial behavior.Prosocial behavior tendency is the front-end variable to predict the occurrence of prosocial behavior.Studying its influencing factors is of great significance to cultivate prosocial behavior.Campus is the key place for rural boarders to grow up.Therefore,exploring the cultivation path of rural boarders’ prosocial behavior tendencies should focus on school factors.This study obtained the basic status quo of rural boarding students’ school moral atmosphere perception,moral identity and prosocial behavior tendency through questionnaires and case interviews,and analyzed the impact of school moral atmosphere perception on prosocial behavior tendency and the intermediary role of moral identity,so as to provide advice and suggestions for improving rural boarding students’ prosocial behavior tendency and cultivating prosocial behavior.Research findings:(1)The rural boarding students’ perception of school moral atmosphere is relatively good,among which the democratic atmosphere perception score is the lowest,and the belonging atmosphere perception score is the highest.Rural boarders’ perception of school moral atmosphere has significant differences in family structure,and some significant differences in gender,grade,class cadre experience and political outlook;The level of moral identity of rural boarders is good,and there is a significant difference in the demography variable of class cadre experience;Rural boarders have a high level of prosocial behavior tendencies,and show the characteristics of high altruism.Rural boarders’ prosocial behavior tendencies differ significantly in gender and class cadre experience.(2)The perception of school moral atmosphere significantly and positively predicted the prosocial behavior tendency of rural boarders.The better the school moral atmosphere perceived by rural boarders,the higher their propensity to prosocial behavior.(3)Rural boarders’ moral identity plays a part of intermediary role in the process of school moral atmosphere perception affecting prosocial behavior.The perception of rural boarding students’ school moral atmosphere can not only have a direct impact on their prosocial behavior tendencies,but also have an indirect impact on their prosocial behavior tendencies through moral identity.Based on the above research conclusions,the following three measures can be taken to improve the prosocial behavior tendency of rural boarders: first,we should explore the hidden educational resources and create a good school moral atmosphere;The second is to firmly establish the concept of moral education as the first,and improve the level of students’ moral identification;The third is to adhere to the principle of unity of knowledge and action,and develop students’ moral practical abilities.Based on the above research conclusions,the measures to improve rural boarding students’ prosocial behavior tendency are mainly based on the following three points: first,we should explore the implicit educational resources and create a good school moral atmosphere;second,we should firmly establish the concept of moral education as the first priority and improve students’ moral identity;third,we should adhere to the principle of unity of knowledge and action and develop students’ moral practice ability. |
