| The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has drawn a new blueprint for Chinese path to modernization,which guides the efforts of young students in the new era,as well as the construction of moral atmosphere in colleges and the cultivation of pro social behavior of college students.However,in colleges and universities,college students still spread false information,are seduced by cult ideas,have tense relations with classmates,and even have bad circumstances that hurt others.Through combing the literature,it is found that the school moral atmosphere will affect the pro-social behavior of college students to varying degrees.At the same time,the internal psychological level,moral identity can also help college students choose more socially friendly behavior.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the impact of school moral atmosphere and moral identity on college students’ prosocial behavior to understand college students’ moral psychology and cultivate college students’ prosocial behavior.Guided by the theory of Xi Jinping’s thought of education,moral atmosphere,the theory of moral identity and the theory of prosocial behavior,this study divides the moral atmosphere into two dimensions: "justice" and "care",moral identity into two dimensions: "implicit" and "explicit",and prosocial behavior into six dimensions: openness,anonymity,altruism,compliance,emotion and urgency.1093 college students from different regions were selected as the research objects by using questionnaires and data analysis methods,and the following five problems were discussed and solved:(1)What is the status of each variable?(2)What is the correlation between variables?(3)Will school moral atmosphere and moral identity significantly affect university prosocial behavior?(4)Is there an intermediary role in moral identity?(5)According to the research results,what aspects can be improved in the work of moral education in colleges and universities? This study uses SPSS26.0 software to carry out descriptive statistics,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on school moral atmosphere,moral identity and prosocial behavior of college students,and to test the intermediary effect of moral identity.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The prosocial behavior of college students is generally at the upper middle level,with differences in majors and regions.The scores of science and engineering majors are significantly lower than those of literature and history majors and economics and management majors;College students in the western region scored higher than that in the eastern,central and southern regions;Girls scored higher than boys.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the school moral atmosphere and the prosocial behavior of college students.The school moral atmosphere can predict the prosocial behavior of students.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the total score of moral identity and the total score of prosocial behavior.The higher the moral identity,the higher the prosocial behavior tendency.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between moral atmosphere and moral identity.The whole atmosphere of "fairness and democracy" also plays an extremely important role in the development of students’ moral identity,which can strengthen students’ moral identity.(5)Moral identity plays a significant intermediary role between moral atmosphere and prosocial behavior,and moral identity plays a part of the intermediary role.According to the research conclusion,the school moral atmosphere and moral identity can significantly and positively predict the pro-social behavior of college students.However,due to the fact that moral education is a long-term and systematic project,there is still a long distance between educational practice and objectives.Therefore,this study puts forward some suggestions from a new perspective.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the moral atmosphere,especially the "care" for students;Attach importance to the development of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,and enhance the moral identity of college students;Pay attention to the practice of pro-social behavior of college students and put morality into action. |
