| The emergence of the PBL teaching method has made it possible to better integrate it into the teaching of aerobics in secondary schools. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the application and development of PBL teaching method in the practice of aerobics teaching in secondary schools. The application of PBL to aerobics requires an analysis of the students’ own knowledge, basic physical skills and abilities in relation to aerobics,as well as guiding them to learn aerobics independently and to develop well-rounded people for society. In this study,360 junior high school students were selected as the research subjects, and research methods such as literature research, interview method and experimental method were used to conduct the study.Firstly, the research results on the key words "PBL teaching method" and "aerobics" at home and abroad were analysed to provide literature support for the subsequent study.Secondly, the basic concepts and theoretical frameworks involved in this study were sorted out to build a framework structure suitable for this study. Then, the 360 research participants(junior high school students)were divided into an experimental group(PBL teaching method)and a control group(traditional teaching method)to conduct a control experiment. The experimental scale was used to investigate the basic physical condition, knowledge and interest in aerobics of the students in the experimental and control groups, and the data were statistically analysed. The results of the study showed that:(1)After applying the PBL teaching method to the general aerobics class for one semester,it Junior school students’ interest in aerobics in higher education institutions. This type of problem-based practical class is more motivating for the students and increases their motivation to learnBy applying the PBL teaching method to the general aerobics class, the students’ communicative skills have been greatly improved. The teaching method of group work enables students to organically combine individual performance with collective performance, and to work in small groups to enhance collaboration and communication among classmates.Compared with traditional teaching methods, the PBL approach has greater advantages in improving students’ ability to identify, analyse and solve problems. In the process of learning and practice, students actively identify and solve problems so that they can better improve their own strengths.(3)Applying the PBL method to aerobics class, after 36 hours of teaching, students’ standard level, elasticity, rhythm, proficiency and expressiveness all showed better performance and significantly improved their aerobics level.Through the PBL teaching trial, students were found to have a better attitude towards learning aerobics, which was a significant difference compared to traditional teaching.(4)During the PBL teaching process, students could actively communicate and interact with the teacher, their classroom atmosphere was also very active, they could think and speak boldly, and their classmates could help each other out,and they also acquired the skills of creating aerobics formations, thus significantly improving the teaching effect. |
