| With the enactment of the new curriculum, school education has evolved and more emphasis has been placed on teaching physical education at primary level, requiring teachers to not only enrich the content but also to adopt innovative teaching methods.Dalcroze’s"Eurhythmics" is a musical method of teaching that combines physical movement, emotional expression and music, which can enhance our emotions and promote the harmonious development of thinking, hearing and moving. In recent years, aerobics has been widely taught in primary and secondary schools, and students have been involved in aerobics competitions, where their specific skills can directly affect the outcome of the competition.By incorporating the ’Eurhythmics’ method into primary school aerobics classes, the curriculum can be made less boring and more technically proficient, turning passivity into initiative and solving the problem of ’can’t learn’ and ’can’t enjoy learning’."It also reflects the intersection and penetration of music and dance, music and physical education. This study uses the method of literature and expert interview as theoretical support, integrates the teaching of "Eurhythmics" into the primary school aerobics class, carries out a12-week teaching experiment, and after the 12-week teaching experiment, uses SPSS software to analyze the two groups of data, and draws the following conclusions:(1)In the classroom with conventional teaching methods, teachers practice shoutin g and clapping movements, emphasizing the standardization and standardization of mov ements. In the classroom with somatic eurhythmics, the teacher uses technical moveme nt training to stimulate the students’ musical perception;rhythmic reinforcement;visual, auditory and kinesthetic training;improvisation;and visualisation using multimedia equi pment. After teaching experiments,it is shown that the "Eurhythmics" teaching method approach is effective in improving the students’ sense of rhythm, body coordination an d ability to perform the prescribed combinations.(2)Students’ positive sense of well-being is enhanced by learning aerobics as a sport. The rhythmic approach to teaching aerobics reduces students’ feelings of mental distress and fatigue to a certain extent,as well as reducing their negative emotions and physical exertion during the learning process, making the "Eurhythmics"teaching method" approach feasible in primary school aerobics classes and having a positive effect on students’ mental health.(3)After 12 weeks of body rhythm teaching, the students’ sense of rhythm improved significantly, and the number of students entering the rhythm correctly within the prescribed time period increased.(4)After 12 weeks of the experiment, the scores of both groups improved, with the experimental group improving their scores and scores better than the control group, and there was a significant difference(p<0.05).The average scores of the students in the experimental group were better than those of the control group in terms of accuracy, range of movement, strength of movement, body coordination, coordination of movement with music, and expression and aesthetics of movement, and there was a significant difference(p<0.05).(5)Due to the limited period of the teaching experiment, not all of the indicators in the skill set were significantly different. There was also no significant difference in the indicator of students’ physical fitness, but it had a positive effect on students’ physical fitness. |
