| The new characteristics of the times and the changes of the new social contradictions have posed new challenges to the education work in colleges and universities,given new tasks to the service education work,and created new demands for the logistics service education.With the large expansion of the number of students in higher education,it has become an important direction for the development of higher education to explore and cultivate service and education resources.With the adjustment of China’s national macro policy and the strategic planning of colleges and universities,the collaborative education of schools,society and families has become the requirement of the new era.All fields of colleges and universities,including logistics service education,are actively exploring and continuously promoting the cooperation between schools and enterprises in different fields to form a joint force in education and jointly improve the effect of education.At present,the duality of logistics service and education in colleges and universities is becoming more and more obvious,which has become the research direction of many scholars.As a service industry,university logistics has the same security attribute as other fields,that is,it undertakes the responsibility of providing service guarantee for teaching,scientific research and the life of teachers and students.The difference between logistics in colleges and universities and other fields is that logistics in colleges and universities has the function of educating people in the management and service work.The specific performance is that the service atmosphere created by logistics staff has a subtle impact on the thought and behavior of college students,and the behavior of staff has an impact on the creation of service atmosphere,the thought and behavior of college students,and the satisfaction of teachers and students.Therefore,it is of great significance to find effective methods and measures to improve the service performance of the entire logistics company based on the dual attributes of service and logistics education,and based on the research of the influencing factors and mechanism of staff service performance.Based on the actual development of logistics companies in colleges and universities,and taking J University as the research object,this paper discusses the relationship among the service atmosphere created by the employees of logistics companies,the sense of service education orientation,and the company’s service performance.The research adopts the questionnaire survey method,according to the logical route of "perceived atmosphere-individual attitude-individual behavior" of staff and students,and proposes that the service atmosphere created by staff and students can positively affect the service education orientation consciousness and company service performance.By putting forward assumptions and building models,this paper conducts empirical analysis on J University,and verifies the hypothesis results,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the service performance of university logistics companies.The research route: firstly,the service company should focus on the service performance improvement,secondly,the service main body is the service staff,the staff engagement will determine the service performance;The service atmosphere is the most important index that affects employee engagement again,and the service performance promotion path of J University Logistics Company is the last.In general,J University Logistics Company should focus on the staff focus and service atmosphere,study the theory of innovation,improve service performance with staff engagement,and realize the stimulation of reform force.It can be further developed in concept,sample,and variable analysis. |
