Rear service in Colleges and universities is the basis and guarantee of the workof higher education, is the indispensable important component, its quality, directlyaffects the development of higher education, affect the quality of talent cultivation.Logistics management is an important part of school management, is the guarantee ofhigher school survival and development of the fundamental condition. If there is noscientific management of logistics, have good service consciousness, have a strictoperational procedures, in order to make the school become cultivate advancedapplied talents education base is almost impossible. Therefore this article will takeHeilongjiang Academy of Engineering as the research object, at this stage of logisticsservice quality problems were summarized in this paper, an objective analysis of thelogistics service corporation logistics management the reasons for the formation ofdefects, on how to enhance and improve the logistics service quality, better servicesfor teachers and students to study.By selecting different research methods, the service quality of teachers andstudents of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology,through the mass of information,found in the management of logistics services exist a series of defects, in summing upthe causes of process, actively seeking improvement scheme.Logistic support to career success is an indispensable important link ofuniversity rear service of universities, the sustainable development is important ofCollege rear-service in colleges and universities.If the logistics can not meet theneeds of teaching and scientific research and the need of teacher and student, lead tothe school can not cultivate qualified personnel needs of the community, studentscannot obtain employment, there would be no students in school. So logisticsemployees should keep to take good service, to cultivate talents, do things in mind,and improve the level and quality of services. The logistic reform of colleges and universities of higher education in our country is one of main content of reform, it’sthe basic goal of logistics socialization in universities and colleges. With thedevelopment of college logistics socialization reform, teachers and students inColleges and universities have a high demand of logistics service and managementthe ly, increasing level of college logistics itself also needs to be adjusted ceaselessly,make the level of service management with scientific, procedures, professionalrequirements, thus improve the logistics service quality, become the universitylogistics departments to improve overall service level of core. How to establishlasting effect mechanism, from the fundamental guarantee of the logistics servicelevel rises ceaselessly, also be a the urgent research topic.By reading a lot of quality management theory books and case based onHeilongjiang Institute of Technology, aiming at the existing management system ofthe actual situation, this article is based on a theoretical study and practicalcombination of our enterprise and in a such a background of Service QualityManagement of the Logistics Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, made up aanalysis department quality management does not reach the designated positionquality, promote the development of Logistics Company, tried to step ahead that islogistics service quality management of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology.In orderto explore a suitable effective countermeasures to give their to provide effectivemeasures for improvement.
