Since the beginning of the new century,the state has continuously promotes the logistics reform of colleges or universities,and forms a distinctive feature of college or university logistics company.University or college logistics company has most of the operating feature of enterprises,but they are not identical,the main purpose is not to maximize benefits of economic,but for college or university of teaching,researching and servicing campus life.CX.university logistics company have a long-standing problem of frequent employee turnover and unstable teams,which seriously impedes the further improvement of their logistical service quality,making fundamental purpose that “resources for education,scientific research,and teacher-student life,management education,and service education”,has difficult to effectively reflect.This paper attempts to provide some management countermeasures for the CX.university logistics company to solve the employee turnover problem by studying the related factors that affect the employee turnover tendencies of the CX.university logistics company,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the company's service quality.In this paper,the author firstly sorter out the relevant research literature on the turnover problem on domestic and overseas,and determines on the Price-Mueller(2000)turnover model.Secondly,based on the turnover model of Price-Mueller(2000),a questionnaire was designed to investigate the staff of the CX.university logistics company.Thirdly,using the SPSS,the survey data was analyzed,regression analysis,and variance analysis and three conclusions were obtained: firstly,the main factors of employee turnover intention in CX.university logistics company is job satisfaction,organizational commitment and job search behavior;secondly,job seeking behavior has the greatest impact on turnover intention,followed by job satisfaction,and organization commitment has the least impact on it;thirdly,according to the research results,the compensation structure should be adjusted and a reasonable compensation system should be established.Finally,combining the results of empirical research,this paper proposes a five-point management strategy to solve the problem of employee turnover in CX.university logistics company:Provide career promotion channel and plan employee career development;improve the working conditions of employees and their working environment;pay attention to the construction of employee communication channel,encourage them to participate in the decision-making of company and build the enterprise culture of logistics company,and cultivate the management countermeasures such as the sense of belonging of employees.
