As an important part of higher education,higher vocational education has an important mission for our country in cultivating high-quality technical skilled talents.One of the key conditions for running vocational education well is to establish a high-level talent team with enough quantity,optimized structure,appropriate layout and high quality.Summarizing relevant research at home and abroad,it is found that introducing high-level talents is an effective way to solve this key problem.In this context,a group of high-level talents in line who own the overall development strategy and leading the development of disciplines is crucial to the development of higher vocational collegesThe research object in this study is H vocational college’s high-level talents,guided by human capital theory of Schultz,demand hierarchy theory of Maslow and talent agglomeration theory.It deeply studies the talent training objectives and high-level talents introduction in current the situation of H Vocational College,and clarifies the characteristics of high-level talents required for the sound development of H Vocational College.On this basis,a questionnaire survey is carried out among the high-level talents of the school,and then interviewing with the leaders and workers who is responsible for high-level talent work in H Vocational College and the successful introduction of personnel.Through investigation,it is found that H Vocational College has made certain progress in the introduction of high-level talents,such as taking the introduction of high-level talents as importance,improving the management system of high-level talents,and timely fulfilling the promised treatment of high-level talents.However,some problems have also been found: the process and effect of talent introduction for senior talents are poor,the treatment for talent introduction does not have advantages,and the management after talent introduction is insufficient.The main reasons for the poor process and effect on the introduction are the lack of scientific planning for the introduction of high-level talents and the lack of ideological understanding;The main reasons for the lack of advantages in the treatment of high-level talents are the lack of characteristics in the introduction policy and the insufficient investment in the introduction;unreasonable use of personnel and the lack of inclination of the performance distribution system are the main reasons on the lack of management after the introduction of high-level talents.Based on this,this paper puts three countermeasures on H Vocational College the high-level talents introduction: Formulate a scientific plan for introducing high-level talents,and innovate the way of introducing high-level talents;Enhance the treatment of high-level talents and follow with interest of talents the high-level needs;Create a good academic atmosphere and reform the performance distribution system.On this basis,the feasibility of the countermeasures is analyzed.
