High-level talents have always been scarce resources.All regions have been increasing efforts in the introduction of high-level talents to compete for talents for economic and social development.However,at present,the introduction of high-level talents by local governments lacks the accurate positioning of the region and the attention paid to the utilization and retention of high-level talents after the introduction,which leads to the insufficiency of some excellent talents,resulting in the waste and loss of talent resources,thus affecting the effect of talent introduction.In order to better introduce,retain and make good use of high-level talents,local governments should accurately recruit talents according to local conditions.This paper starts with the current situation of high-level talents in Fuzhou and analyzes the internal and external environment of accurate introduction of high-level talents in Fuzhou with the help of SWOT analysis tool.On the basis of further analysis of Fuzhou high-level personnel precision introduced the existing problems and the reasons,the main existing shortcomings are quoted by the talent and the demand of industry matching degree is not enough,lead to the object's lack of pertinence,lead to inaccurate incentives,lead is not clear,accurate market leading degree is insufficient.The reasons are as follows: the concept of accurate talent introduction lags behind,the mechanism of accurate talent introduction is not flexible enough,the policy fragmentation of talent introduction still exists,and the administrative color of talent introduction tool is strong.Finally,based on the advanced experience of talent introduction in other cities in China,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the accurate introduction of high-level talents in Fuzhou.Second,the construction of a trinity of accurate citation mechanism;Third,improve the relevant policies of accurate talent introduction;Fourth,optimize the soft and hard environment for accurate talent introduction.
