| With the development of China’s economy and technology, the modern society has put forward higher requirements for talents. Traditional vocational education curriculum is difficult to achieve the goal of new talent training. So China began to innovate the vocational education curriculum and carry out the new vocational education model. The research is designed to develop the Work-integrated learning course and put it into practice in Secondary Vocational School to verified the correctness of the conclusion.This essay consists of five part, the first part is the presentation of the selected topic background, research status at home and abroad, the research significance,research contents and methods, etc. First comprehend the curriculum reform of vocational education and the objective training of secondary vocational education,trace work-integrated learning vocational education mode. And then through the literature retrieval method, collecting and organizing the domestic and foreign related research about vocational education of work-integrated learning. The research idea of this essay to be confirm on the basis of the domestic and foreign research results and the observation and research in secondary vocational classroom.The second part is about the concept and characteristics of work-integrated learning course, puts forward the basic principles of secondary vocational technology combined with curriculum design, and on the basis of other scholar research results to summarizes the development process of secondary vocational work-integrated learning curriculum.The third part, based on the basic principles of secondary vocational work-integrated learning course design, according to basic process of course development, with a example of a "personal blog website construction" learning situation in the web design and production course to develop curriculum. In the process of curriculum development, first of all, analyze the professional qualification related web design, understand the basic information in someone industry, be familiar with the working contents and requirements, and then analyze and describe the typical work tasks and description; On the basis of the analysis and description of typical task,determine the learning field curriculum, and determine the objectives and learning content; Then design the learning situation and course plan of work-integrated learning;Discuss the action oriented teaching principle of teaching methods of work-integrated learning, 4-stage teaching methods and information technology teaching methods;Finally summarizes the evaluation principle of work-integrated learning course, design the evaluation mode which is participated by many roles of enterprises, teachers, group and students, to evaluate from the multiple dimensions of knowledge and skills,achievements, comprehensive ability and learning attitude, design evaluation criteria and evaluation questionnaire.Fourth part is implement contrast test with two classes which have same background in the training school with the work-integrated learning curriculum, and collect data,according the experimental data to analyze from the aspects of knowledge and skills, achievements, comprehensive ability and learning attitude, and concluded the effect of work-integrated learning course is better than science curriculum, and based on the interview with experimental class students, obtain the conclusion that students prefer the mode of work-integrated learning course.The fifth part is summarizes research conclusion and the main contribution,indicate the deficiency of this essay. |
