Research On Educational Informatization Promoting Educational Precise Intelligence Support

Poverty alleviation must help wisdom,and cure the poverty first to cure the stupidity.Under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way,educational targeted intelligence alleviation will surely realize the transition and upgrade of targeted education for poverty alleviation,becoming an important breakthrough in my country’s "Second Centenary Plan".It is an inevitable choice and effective path to realize education modernization and education power by promoting education precision support under the support of education informatization.However,at present,the understanding of the related concepts of educational targeted intelligence alleviation is still not clear,and the research on educational precision support under the support of education informatization is weak.And it is urgent to conduct indepth research on it.In this context,the study mainly revolves around two major research issues: the concepts related to education precision support and the path strategy of education informatization to promote education precision support.The paper uses the research methods of literature analysis,comparative research,quantitative statistics,and case study.The paper explain in detail the connotation of educational targeted intelligence alleviation and education informatization precision support for wisdom through distinguishing related concepts of education precision education.And based on the study of the typical cases and development status of my country’s education informatization to promote educational precision support,the paper analyzes the current practical dilemmas and proposes constructive implementation paths.This study is of great significance to promote the continued consolidation and expansion of the results of poverty alleviation during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,and to better promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and promote the construction of a modern socialist country.First of all,based on related concepts such as poverty and targeted poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation and education intelligence assistance,education targeted poverty alleviation and education targeted intelligence assistance,education informatization targeted poverty alleviation and education informatization targeted intelligence assistance and other related concepts,the study innovatively puts forward the concept of precision education informatization.Moreover,on the basis of reviewing the core literacy of the 21 st century in the world,the study puts forward the connotation of the concept of educational targeted intelligence alleviation.Educational precision support includes six basic contents,and 12 key "intelligence" elements in three aspects: high-level thinking,independent development,and social development.The six basic contents here are precise identification of intellectual support objects,accurate matching of intellectual support teams,precise arrangement of intellectual support projects,precise allocation of intellectual support resources,precise supervision of the process of intellectual support,and accurate evaluation of the effects of intellectual support.Educational targeted intelligence alleviation is to serve the construction of the second centenary goal,focusing on the sustainable development of the new generation of workers in economically underdeveloped areas in the 21 st century,that is,school-age children,adolescents and young workers,and promote their all-round development.So as to achieve common prosperity.Secondly,with the help of case analysis and comparative research methods,the study objectively describes,explains,analyzes and compares typical practical cases of education informatization to promote the precise intellectual support of education in my country,so as to summarize advanced ideas and experience.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the research status and typical practices of education informatization to promote education poverty alleviation,the study explores the status quo analysis framework of education informatization to promote educational precision support.Then,the study analyzes the development status of education informatization in promoting education precision support in my country from three dimensions: the overview of educational intelligence alleviation,the overview of educational information development,and informatization-supported education precision support.what’s more,the study deeply analyses the practical difficulties,such as the transition from educational targeted poverty alleviation to educational targeted intelligence alleviation,insufficient integration of education informatization and basic public education services,weak information leadership of the education intelligence support team,and insufficient application of new-generation information technology.Finally,based on the typical practical cases,development status and practical dilemmas of education informatization to promote the precise education of intelligence,the study proposes path framework of education informatization to promote the precise education of intelligence.And the study puts forward five corresponding implementation strategies: the first is positioning the goal of educational targeted intelligence alleviation goal in advance;the second is effectively implementing the education precision support mechanism;the third is focusing on promoting the construction of an external system of education informatization;the fourth is vigorously building a national education platform for precise intelligence support;last but not least,innovatively utilizing a new generation of information technology.In addition,the study provides safeguard measures in terms of policies and regulations,management systems and mechanisms,education and intellectual support community,and education and intellectual support teams.
