| Secondary vocational education as the important means of laborer’s quality raise workers’ skills and improve,with its wide coverage,deploy productively,targeted features,in promoting rural social and economic development,cultivating working-age population in the rural area,to realize rural areas again obtain employment and human resources to optimize and upgrade,thus achieving rural poverty-stricken areas out of poverty to pick a cap,build a well-off society in an all-round way has an important role.Since the establishment of the educational poverty alleviation mechanism in 2014,Guangxi has taken off the hats of poverty-stricken counties in the whole region.But at present,the task of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation is still arduous,and there is still a long way to go in terms of ideology and understanding.Based on this background,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of targeted poverty alleviation in rural secondary vocational education in Guangxi through literature review and on the basis of clarifying the research status,using Xi Jinping thought on targeted poverty alleviation,human capital theory and sustainable development theory.The study found that rural secondary vocational education in guangxi precision poverty alleviation problem focused on rural secondary vocational education "supply" and accurate the contradiction of "demand" for poverty alleviation,rural secondary vocational education teachers "weak" and "strong" precise poverty alleviation teachers demand,the contradiction of the rural secondary vocational education precise task for poverty alleviation "heavy" and the poor ideological understanding the contradiction between "light" and so on.After that,pest analysis is carried out on the influencing factors of targeted poverty alleviation in rural secondary vocational education in Guangxi,and an index system of influencing factors is established according to the analysis content and the way of expert interview.Based on the rank sum algorithm,the weights of the index system of influencing factors were established and the questionnaire was designed for linear regression.Finally,according to the above theory and regression results,the corresponding path exploration is carried out.The innovation points of this paper are as follows :(1)Under the background that China has entered the decisive period of poverty alleviation and the turning stage of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the focus of poverty alleviation is shifting from absolute poverty to relative poverty;Based on Xi Jinping’s Targeted Poverty Alleviation Thought,Human Capital Theory and Sustainable Development Theory,and in close combination with the current situation of poverty and the development of secondary vocational education in Guangxi,this paper studies how to further develop the Targeted Poverty Alleviation in secondary vocational education in Guangxi through economic input and policy support,so as to consolidate its stage achievements.(2)the PEST analysis method combined with the interview results,from a macro level analysis the influence factors of rural secondary vocational education in guangxi precise poverty alleviation,carries on the regression,using the questionnaire survey data from the micro level analysis of various factors on the rural secondary vocational education in guangxi precision degree of the influence of poverty alleviation,and provide intellectual support for the secondary vocational education precise path for poverty alleviation. |
