Research On The Problem Of Rural Education Precision Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a major problem that constrains economic and social development.Since the 1980 s,China's poverty alleviation of system,large developmental poverty alleviation,Seven-Year Priority Poverty Alleviation Program have been carried out,in 2000 basically settled the problem of national food and clothing widely and entered into a well-off society.Until now,however,some residents of the vast rural areas have been in poverty.Chairman Xi in 2013 for the first time put forward the important thought of targeted poverty alleviation,to wait the one hundredth anniversary of the party founding,in2020 our country is to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,in “much starker choices-and graver consequences-in” plan we take “targeted poverty alleviation” as an important strategic task,also in the whole country carry out rural poverty alleviation work accurately and actively.The author believes that the current “targeted poverty alleviation” work cannot be limited to temporary “blood transfusion”,still have to rely on blood for a long time,through accurate education to thoroughly solve the rural poverty problem for poverty alleviation.In this article,through social investigation,analyze deeply the present situation of the rural poor areas in our country for poverty alleviation,which is based on education from the theoretical basis for accurate poverty alleviation,the development of rural education poverty reduction process.After systematically analyzing current rural education problems and policy recommendations of targeted poverty alleviation,we think that at present our country rural education resources,and hardware facilities in the poor areas have a certain gap from non-poor areas.So if we want to fundamentally achieve targeted poverty alleviation,we must first change the poor rural areas education infrastructure,to from a high-quality faculty,and more resources in the rural basic education investment;Second,we will spread the responsibility of education,create vocational training,promote education in universities,train all kinds of people,and tackle the poverty of education in the first place.Finally depend on education poverty alleviation,improve rural poor culture,make its have the basic skills of employment,entrepreneurship,increase the content of labor value,on the basis of the change and family poor appearance again drive from rural poverty and becoming rich,this is also the connotation of the real meaning and value education poverty relief.Education of targeted poverty alleviation facing the social development environment in the new period is an effective measures to solve the problem of rural poverty,but accurate poverty alleviation of development is a long ride.The paper analyzes systematically the concept of education targeted poverty alleviation,mechanism system of the rural education,rural education poverty relief path for poverty alleviation and implementation effect,so as to provide reference for education accurate effective development of poverty alleviation.
