Interactive sharing reading is a teaching concept and practical method proposed by psychologist Professor Wu Nianyang in "Picture Books are the Best Textbook",which emphasizes the interaction between adults and children during the reading process,as well as the expression of children’s feelings towards stories.Through literature search,it was found that research on interactive shared reading is mostly focused on the theoretical level, while research on practical applications and application effects is rare.On the other hand, the disability of emotional understanding seriously affects the social interaction and communication of children with autism. Therefore, exploring the intervention research of interactive sharing reading on the emotional understanding ability of children with autism is of great significance, which constitutes the theme of this study. This study adopts a cross behavioral multi baseline experimental design in a single subject, and intervenes in an interactive sharing reading mode on the emotional comprehension disability of two children with autism. The independent variable of the experiment is interactive shared reading, and the dependent variable is the behavioral performance of children with autism towards three emotions: happiness, anger, and sadness. The experiment is divided into three stages: baseline period, intervention expectation period, and maintenance period. On this basis, the study analyzed the intervention effect of interactive sharing reading on the emotional understanding ability of children with autism through visual analysis,C-statistical analysis, and social validity analysis. The research results are as follows:(1)Interactive sharing reading can effectively improve the emotional understanding ability of children with autism, and has good immediate and sustained effects;(2)The intervention effect of interactive sharing reading on the emotional understanding ability of children with autism is differentiated, and the intervention effect of subject A’s emotional understanding ability is better than that of subject B’s emotional understanding ability;(3)The intervention plan and effect of interactive sharing reading have good social validity;(4)The intervention of interactive sharing reading has a positive impact on the language and communication abilities of children with autism. |
