| The tutor system is mainly implemented in the cultivation of Postgraduates in China,and Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship as the core has been formed.Graduate school,as an important organizational form of cultivating graduate students,plays an important role in graduate education.Compared with the formal organizations such as colleges and classes in which postgraduates are in the process of development,Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship as an informal form of organization have more diversity characteristics,which also makes the impact of different Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship on postgraduates and their action mechanism have a diversified tendency.Based on this,this study selected a number of Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship in T University as the objects of investigation,so as to explore the influence of different types of SupervisorPostgraduate Fellowship on the development of graduate students and the mechanism behind it,and then put forward the countermeasures to optimize the Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship and promote the comprehensive development of graduate students in the Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship.Based on the informal organization theory and the type of SupervisorPostgraduate Fellowship as the basic classification basis,this study uses semistructured interviews to deeply explore the impact of different types of SupervisorPostgraduate Fellowship on the development of postgraduates and its mechanism.The study found that the graduate development of family Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship is mainly manifested in three aspects: family emotion promotes social development,ability development under the guidance of tutors,and family knowledge development;The development of tribal Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship’s postgraduates is manifested in three aspects: ability development in teacher-student cooperation,good scientific research atmosphere,promoting social development and consolidating the development of basic knowledge;The development of graduate students in the incompact Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship mainly shows three aspects: the development of ability in self exploration,the low frequency of member interaction,the insignificant social development of tutors,and the slow development of knowledge;The development of graduate students in bureaucratic Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship presents three aspects: the ability development under the control of tutors,the repressed school atmosphere hindering social development,and the fragmented knowledge development under high pressure.Different representations of graduate development show that different types of Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowships have different mechanisms on graduate development.By extracting the influencing factors of four types of SupervisorPostgraduate Fellowships affecting the development of graduate students,it is found that there are six common factors: tutor interaction,peer interaction,tutor authority,peer authority,Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship activities and SupervisorPostgraduate Fellowship atmosphere.On this basis,according to the theory of informal organizations on the relevant expositions of informal organization operation mechanism,the author further to attribute the above six factors to informal interactions(including interactive derivative and stuff),informal authority(including tutor authority and peer authority)and the informal constraints mechanism(including activities and atmosphere)three dimensions,It is because the above three dimensions play different roles in the four types of Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship,which constitute the unique mechanism of action of each type of Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship,which are as follows: The interaction of frequent and intimate informal interactions,the informal authority established by "perfect" mentors and "responsible" peers,and the informal restraint mechanism under emotional logic constitute the emotional demand-oriented family action mechanism.The interaction of informal interaction with academic interaction as the core,informal authority with academic as the center,and informal restraint mechanism under common academic values constitutes the academic value-oriented tribal action mechanism.Informal interaction based on mutual assistance,informal authority based on peer authority,and missing informal restraint mechanism constitute the action mechanism of loose management-oriented incompact Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship.The interaction of informal interaction under the logic of efficiency,the dissolution of informal authority,and the informal restraint mechanism of negative effects constitutes the hierarchical teacher-gate mechanism of utilitarian result-oriented action.In order to give better play to the effectiveness of Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship,this study puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from three aspects: tutor,student and environmental system.From the perspective of the mentor,the mentor should play the fundamental role of moral education.By regulating their own behavior to play a role model,by classifying guidance to improve the effect of education,through regular communication to ensure the frequency of mentoring interaction;From the perspective of students,students should improve self-efficacy and strengthen interaction with students.We should not only give play to our own subjective initiative to improve self-learning ability,but also give play to the positive effect of peer interaction to enhance emotional belonging and speed up the development of ability.From the perspective of environmental system,internal and external coordination should be carried out to promote the perfect development of Supervisor-Postgraduate Fellowship. |
