Health Qigong Coaches Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Index System Of Research

Health Qigong is a part of Chinese ancient culture, and in February2003,the State Sports General Administration Health Qigong officially established as the first 62 sports programs. So far, more than 20 countries and regions Qigong activities worldwide practice population over 2.5 million. With Qigong movement rapid warming in the world, foreign aid coaches Qigong is playing an increasingly important role in international exchanges and overseas teaching.Coaches,foreign aid of media technology dissemination and cultural bridge between the carrier,the country’s image window diplomatic work,outstanding foreign aid coaches not only able to complete the dissemination of technology,cultural blend,show more positive and open national image,to become State diplomatic unique window. At present,the lack of foreign aid Qigong Coach and comprehensive literacy research,the lack of training,selection,evaluation system led to foreign aid coaches selected becomes no basis,showing the status of good and bad, Qigong direct impact on the spread of effect,restricting the rapid development of Qigong project.To solve this problem, this study of literature, questionnaire, Delphi method, 14 of the country elected to the National Health Qigong "elite program" excellent teaching and research staff and the State Sports General Administration Health Qigong Management Center Management post-Delphi survey based on the following conclusions: 1 constructed Qigong Coach CARE comprehensive quality evaluation system, and it includes: five-level indicators, 18 secondary indicators and three indicators 75; 2. an index weight in descending weight arranged moral(a), comprehensive ability(D), the project experience(C), the knowledge structure(B), image quality(E); two from high to index weights low arrangement as the basic moral cultivation(A1), teaching and training capacity(D2), coaching experience(C3), professional knowledge(B3),the intrinsic qualities(E1); three indicators in descending weight arranged to socialism motherland(A12), the ability to explain and demonstrate the operation(D21), work experience(C31), sports pedagogical knowledge(B37), affinity(E11).Recommendation: 1. In the screening index should be more concise, comprehensive, representative,to avoid duplication of indicators, attention to indicators of sensitivity and operability, and ultimately the formation of quantifiable evaluation form. 2. Construction of the index system,empirical research should be increased, and strive reasonable, to ensure the effectiveness evaluation index system. This is exactly the shortcomings of this study, follow-up studies will be further improved.
