Research On Current Situation And Developing Countermeasure Of Juvenile Volleyball Coaches In Shandong Province

With putting forward the strategic objectives, sports powers, ask us to have to think about the future of the Chinese sports from a higher point. The coaches is an important part of the development of sports and is one of the most crucial human capitals of all sports which is developing normally. The construction of the coaches team not only value the talent resources,but also conform to the requirements of talent strategy, ensure the sustainable and healthy development of sports, and achieve the strategy goal of sports power and promote our international sports soft power. Recently, in the survey of coaches team, I found that part of the coaches have limited level of coaching, make athletes not only cannot get rational and scientific training, but early ended the sports life of athletes because the coaches unilaterally pursuit the sports achievement and success. Therefore, research the status quo of the comprehensive ability of Youth Volleyball Coaches in Shan Dong Province has become an important task to improve the comprehensive ability of coaches.During the process of literature review, I found that the existing emphasis of research focused on the investigation of the training, quality of the coaches, the management, the competitive sports coaches and the high-level volleyball team’s coaches and so on. While research on the grassroots volleyball coaches of Shan Dong Province was still relatively weak.The literature of sports coaches ignore the organic integration between microcosmic study and macroscopic study, the content are around a part or aspect of the coaches, and the related research results about the Volleyball Coaches in Shan Dong Province from the angle of the system are almost in a blank state.This study uses the youth volleyball coaches of Shan Dong Province as the main research object and integrates various research methods, such as literature, investigation, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics, etc, and uses the important of coaches resource as breakthrough point. Through the research on the status quo of youth volleyball coaches, comprehensive quality, coaching ability and the management mechanism, revealing the existing problems of teen-age volleyball coach team, recognizing the importance of improve the comprehensive ability of volleyball coaches, and then provide strong theoretical support for the vigorous development of Shan Dong teen-age volleyball. The main points of this study are as follows:1. The teen-age volleyball coach’s year structure with the characteristics of young in Shan Dong province, the professional teaching years are not too long and the high degree of coach is few,the titles and referees grade level of coaches is not high, most of the coaches have definite professional sport experience and teaching experience, but the total years of professional training is short, the teaching motive be mostly actively beneficial.2. In the comprehensive quality of coaches, there is a good opinion of the coach’s ideological and ethical standards, profession competency and mentality quality.3. The teen-age volleyball coaches can master the basic and professional knowledge, but the teaching, training, English and computer’s level is general. The coaches are interested in the scientific research activities, but it is normal that the level of scientific research, the quality of published articles is not very good.4. When the teen-age volleyball coaches of Shan Dong province be training, formulate training programs and reasonable arrange each part of the training content, but most of coaches have overlooked the psychology training. The coaches can educate athletes in many aspects. Athletes are satisfied with management of their coaches.5. Most coaches participated in the training, but coaches are not satisfied with the training content and less the source of funding of training.The assessment and evaluation of coaches is single.
