Research On The Coordinated Development Of ’industry-population-space’ In Fuzhou Under The Background Of Industrial Heterogeneity

City is a complex system,including multiple subsystems such as industry,population and space.Urbanization is essentially a coordinated development problem.With the advancement of new urbanization,the concept of urban coordinated development has been widely recognized,and urban coordinated development is an important path to realize the high-quality construction of urbanization.In the process of urbanization development,economic factors are the most active factors for its development.Different industrial combinations at different stages are the core driving force for the coordinated development of urban ’ industry-population-space ’.Therefore,the study of urban coordinated development based on industrial heterogeneity is helpful to clarify the internal mechanism and development mode of urban ’industry-population-space ’ and promote the high-quality development of urbanization.On this basis,the development mode of coordinated development of urban ’industry-population-space ’ is summarized.The results show that :(1)There are obvious regional differences in the comprehensive development level of Fuzhou,and the development level is unbalanced,and gradually presents the polarization effect of the development level.(2)From the perspective of time series,the coupling coordination level of ’industry-population-space ’ system in Fuzhou has evolved from low level to high level,and the development trend of each county is upward,but the development speed has obvious regional differences.(3)There is a strong correlation between the coupling coordination index and regional centrality,and there is obvious spatial heterogeneity.The stronger the regional centrality is,the higher the coupling coordination level is.The regional coupling coordination degree of coastal and river distribution is significantly higher than that of inland mountainous areas.(4)Fuzhou’s " industry-population-space " evolves from a low level of coordination to a high level of coordination.With the gradual completion of industrial transformation and upgrading and urbanization,the level of coordination will further evolve to a higher level under the impetus of government and economic power.(5)Coupling coordination index and industrial heterogeneity have a significantly positive impact.Overall,the higher the level of industry in Fuzhou,the higher the level of coordinated development.The leading industry has an inverted ’ U ’ shape on the coordinated development level,and the impact on the coordinated development level increases first and then decreases.(6)City ’ s ’ industry-population-space ’ coordinated development model : First,’population restructuring ’,’ industrial restructuring ’ under the economic power-led;second,the government administration under ’ spatial reconstruction ’ and ’ industrial reconstruction ’;the third is the spatial organization type under ’ self-organization ’ and ’other organization ’.The urban coordinated development model is completed by the policy-oriented and economic driven under the guidance of the driving force difference,and its development must conform to the law of economic development and urban objective factors.Accordingly,it is proposed to optimize the allocation of land and space resources,improve the function of central cities,create high-end industrial systems,promote institutional innovation and improve the level of openness to promote coordinated urban development.
