In the process of promoting rural revitalization,the revitalization of rural sports is not only an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,but also a specific application and important embodiment of the "consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively docking the rural revitalization strategy" repeatedly proposed by the recent Central Rural Work Conference.Therefore,how to give full play to the role of rural sports,promote rural revitalization,and explore the effective rural sports service mode,is worthy of in-depth study and discussion.From the perspective of service-led logic in this study,rural sports public service is taken as the research object,through the analysis and arrangement of value co-creation theory and service design method,and aims to put forward a model of public product and service design method model guided by value co-creation.Firstly,this study starts from the related concepts of value co-creation theory,service design,Kano-four-quadrant model,and rural sports public goods and service,and thinks about and sorts out the interference mode of value co-creation and service design in the field of public goods and service.On the theoretical level,according to the value demands and value conflicts of various value subjects participating in value co-creation,the realization mechanism of value subjects’ participation in public services is obtained through the coordinated analysis of DART model.At the level of design method,the public product service design model based on value co-creation is constructed.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of value co-creation of public service,the process of value co-creation of public service is divided into three stages: value consensus,value co-creation and value transformation.Secondly,analyze the value subjects involved in the value consensus stage,analyze and coordinate the value network and output the user value structure and in the value co-creation stage,use Kano-four quadrant model to exploit user demand in the value co-creation process;output the demand structure in the value transformation stage,fit the value consensus and value co-creation stage,and build the co-creation service system.Finally,the public service value co-creation model is used to guide the practice of rural sports public product service design value co-creation scheme,and the method of usability test is used to evaluate the practice scheme and put forward the optimization and prospect.Through example verification,based on the value to create model under the guidance of rural sports public product services can improve the user movement experience satisfaction and effectively drive the enthusiasm of users to participate in public sports,value to create guide the public sports service model can provide reference to break the coordinated development of sports barriers,provide ideas for adaptive rural sports public service research.
