Primary and middle school students’ reading literacy is one of the core quality of pupils in urgent need of development,in the compulsory education Chinese course standard "(2022 edition)(hereinafter referred to as the" course standard "),clearly put forward the students can use in the process of language learning in elementary school reading teaching,to cultivate their active way of reading activities and screening independent reading of independent ability;It is emphasized that primary school students can not only increase their knowledge reserve through reading,but also realize various kinds of emotions,get enlightenment of thought,and enhance their language reading and perception ability.Through reading books and periodicals in life,we can appreciate classic literary works based on our own cognitive experience and sublimate our value orientation and moral consciousness.However,in the specific process of primary school reading teaching,emphasis is often placed on text interpretation,text knowledge memory and understanding,ignoring the cultivation of language sense,experience,understanding and other comprehensive reading literacy of primary school students,and it is difficult to achieve the goal of primary school C hinese reading teaching.This situation is in urgent need of attention and reflection.In this regard,this study mainly discusses how to create a reasonable C hinese teaching design for primary school students to guide the cultivation of reading literacy,grasp Chinese teaching from reading teaching as a whole,and better promote the development of students’ core literacy.The composition of the present study main dynamic order: after selected the research direction and topic,first of all,the author take the literature research to the existing research related to this thesis expand access to and under control,to understand the current situation,clear in this paper,the research background,and students’ core accomplishment and the commonality among primary school C hinese reading teaching design,and then discusses interaction between them in what level.At the same time,the theoretical basis suitable for this study is collected and screened out as the basis of this study.Finally,constructivism learning theory,goal-oriented theory and reverse design theory are selected as the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,s ince the author was also in the teaching practice stage during the writing period,after grasping the current situation of primary school Chinese reading teaching,the author adopted text analysis method to analyze the classroom observation record and 55 reading teaching designs collected during the practice period.This stage is mainly devoted to sorting out the existing problems.Finally,combined with the standards in the framework of students’ development of core literacy and the "constructivist learning theory",the author finds that the teaching design of reading in reality mainly appears: the teaching design of reading ignores the expansion of "cultural foundation" literacy;The improvement of"independent development" quality is neglected in the teac hing design of reading;In reading teaching design,the cultivation of "social participation" accomplishment is neglected.Based on this,the author aimed at the above three kinds of problems of primary school C hinese teacher in school to interview,an ana lysis of the causes for the above problems,finally the author "goal orientation theory" summarizes the reason of the following three aspects: one is a teacher there exist deviations in understanding of"cultural literacy,teachers expand the importance of" cultural "literacy is low;Second,the teaching design of reading persists in the teaching idea of "teaching to determine learning",and the teaching design of reading cannot create effective "independent reading activity".Thirdly,the teaching design o f reading is divorced from the reality of life and not based on the real situation.Finally,based on the "reverse design theory",the author puts forward the teaching design strategy of primary School C hinese reading based on students’ development of core literacy: effectively implement the preliminary analysis of reading teaching;The determination of reading teaching content is rooted in the development of students’ core literacy;The setting of reading teaching objectives points to the development of students’ core literacy;The selection of reading teaching strategies aims at developing students’ core literacy;The teaching process is designed to develop students’ core competencies.
