As General Secretary Xi Jinping "carbon peak,carbon neutral" action plan is put forwa rd,"carbon emissions" has become the hot topic in society,as the world’s larges t developing country and the largest energy consumer,our country is faced with doubl e challenges of economic and social modernization and emission reduction,and coord ination of the energy,environment and social economy development is the important magic weapon to "double challenge".Energy is a state of power system operation,do not add abstemious usage will cause the energy depletion,improper development and utilization can cause such problems as environmental pollution,ecological destruction,"double carbon targets" era background,the transformation of low carbon from the fo ssil energy,new energy development and utilization is the key to realize carbon emissi on reduction,strengthen energy education in quality education,combined with the ge ographical discipline nature,Organically integrate energy education resources and con duct energy education in the teaching process,so that students can understand the imp act of energy on China’s economy,society,environment and national security,a nd think about how fossil energy can safely reduce carbon and how non-fossil energy can play the important role under the background of "dual carbon goal".Setting up en ergy security consciousness and sustainable development concept,practicing low-carb on energy,energy saving and environmental protection behavior is the urgent need to respond to the development of The Times.Geography needs to study resources,environment and development.Energy edu cation is inseparable from the understanding of energy resources,environment,econo mic and social development issues.Senior middle school geography curriculum is an i mportant way to carry out energy education.Under the background of "double carbo n targets",to carry out the energy education in high school geography curriculum,th e curriculum resources to ascertain the status quo,energy is beneficial to promote th e high school geography education construction of scientific knowledge system,raise s the student science of energy development,improve the energy education of geograp hy teachers to keep pace with The Times,the development of curriculum resources ca se also provide reference for geography teachers to carry out the energy education.Firstly,through literature review,the connotation of "dual carbon goal" is clarified,and the knowledge system of high school geography energy education suitable for th e background of "dual carbon goal" is constructed based on the analysis of geography curriculum standards: Starting from the main source of carbon and the impact of carb on,we will understand the impact of energy on China’s social development and environment,and think about how fossil energy can safely reduce carbon and how no n-fossil energy can play the important role in the "dual carbon background",so as to r ealize the green and low-carbon transformation development of energy.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of high school geography teaching ma terial resources and the development of high school geography teachers’energy education curriculum resources,we can understand the current situation of geography teaching material resources: there are many chapters in the textbooks involving energ y knowledge,and the energy knowledge content is presented in various ways,and the energy knowledge content is scattered and not systematic;Energy analysis of the curr ent high school geography teacher education curriculum resources development and t he status quo: most of the teachers energy education quality is higher,the energy educ ation consciousness is stronger,but the specific implementation is poorer,positive ene rgy education curriculum resource development,but the teaching material of curriculu m resources development degree is low,the energy education curriculum resource dev elopment preference,many restricting factors.Finally combining with the "double carbon targets" energy education under the ba ckground of knowledge system,teaching material status and teachers of high school g eography curriculum resources existing energy education curriculum resource develop ment problems,put forward the "double carbon targets" energy education under the ba ckground of high school geography curriculum resources development principles and processes,and to design curriculum resources development case,for teachers’r eference.
