The new round of curriculum reform and the new entrance examination strive to cultivate comprehensive and individualized people in order to realize the demand of quality education,and the realization of quality education needs to rely on the perfect management of education and teaching to meet the needs of the growth and development of different students.Junior middle school students in adolescence are facing the growth and change of physiology,psychology and life,the increase of learning subjects and burden,the pressure of entering school,the pursuit of ideal and a series of problems.At this time,adolescent students urgently need the emergence of growth tutors to guide and train them in the whole process and all-round way.The basic education urgently needs the participation of all the teachers in the course,and the joint efforts of various disciplines to meet the diverse growth needs of different students.As a result,the growth tutors have emerged to manage and guide students individually and pertinently.The purpose of junior middle school students’ growth tutors is to achieve the whole staff,the whole process and all-round education,and the integration of the concept of education from class to after class,so as to realize the integration of teaching and education.On the basis of learning and drawing lessons from existing research results,this study adopts educational narrative research method,chooses two growth tutors in J junior middle school as the narrative subject of this study.In the process of thinking and exploring the real situation,the author traces the concrete situation in the process of junior middle school students’ growth guidance practice,and presents how to educate people in the process of research object guidance practice by means of narration and discussion.The two growth tutors of junior middle school students carry out the whole process and all-round education in classroom teaching,practical activities and daily life.They refine the quality into the classroom,penetrate the concept of education into the whole process of students’ development,and realize the two-way promotion of teachers’ concept and practice.The comprehensive and individualized development of students is becoming more and more effective,and the relationship between teachers and students is also improving day by day.However,junior middle school students’ growth tutors are also faced with the problems of time limit,space limit and relationship limit in the process of guiding practice.This is because the growth tutors’ recognition of their identity,duty fulfillment,professional ability is insufficient,and the training intensity,distribution mode,incentive evaluation system,social parents’ identity and cultural examination atmosphere directly affect the guidance effect of growth tutors in practice.Based on this,the study points out that junior middle school students’ growth tutors should further enhance the effect of education in guiding practice.Therefore,it is necessary to set up the concept of practical education to guide the practice of junior middle school students’ growth tutors.The important way is to strengthen the school-based training of junior middle school students’ growth tutors’ guidance practice.The core means is the combination of guidance and research,which is guaranteed by multi-evaluation.To give full play to the efforts of home-school cooperation and enhance the motivation of junior middle school students’ growth tutors to guide practice,in order to effectively enhance the guidance practice of junior middle school students’ growth tutors,and to realize students’ comprehensive quality for comprehensive and individualized development.
