| Teachers’ adaptability refers to the ability of teachers to adjust themselves to achieve dynamic balance with the external environment according to the changes and requirements of the outside world.The new college entrance examination implemented in 2014 is the largest and most extensive reform since the restoration of college entrance examination,which has brought various changes and requirements to ideological and political subjects and teachers.As the “key subject” to implement the fundamental task of moral education,whether and how high school ideological and political teachers adapt to the new college entrance examination will be directly related to the effectiveness of education,which needs to be taken seriously and further studied.This paper takes the “new college entrance examination” as the research background,centering on the concept of “teachers’ adaptability”,analyzes and discusses what requirements the new college entrance examination puts forward for high school ideological and political teachers,and expounds the current situation of teachers’ adaptability on the basis of observation and interview.In the survey,it is found that most high school ideological and political teachers can take the initiative to adapt to the new college entrance examination,can follow the changes of reform policies,change their education concepts,the teaching behaviors and the roles,showing a strong adaptability to the implementation of the new college entrance examination.But at the same time,a few teachers in the reform of anxiety,negative tiredness.They do not understand the new teaching method thoroughly,they do not study the new teaching content deeply,they do not really implement stratified teaching and other issues need to be paid attention to.This paper mainly analyzes the problems from the teacher subject and objective environment,and puts forward that the main factor of teachers is that teachers’ subjective initiative is insufficient and their competency are not updated synchronously.The objective environmental factors restricting teachers’ adaptability are the lack of school environment support,the limited arrangement of subject teaching hours,the lack of high-quality teaching resources in line with the requirements of the new college entrance examination and the unsatisfactory training of the new college entrance examination.Based on the analysis of the adaptive performance and influencing factors of high school ideological and political teachers,this paper explores the ways to improve the adaptability of teachers from three levels,including: Teachers should break through themselves and devote themselves to reform by strengthening active consciousness,persisting in study and reflection,and strengthening cooperation and communication.The schools shall create a good campus cultural environment,specifically to deepen the correct understanding of the new college entrance examination,grasp the psychological adaptation of teachers in the reform,and set up an information exchange platform for teachers.The education administrative department should ensure the improvement of the political teaching resources database and the new college entrance examination training. |
