With the deepening of the concept in the field of modern education,the promotion of the reform of the educational system,and the transformation of the environment and concept of family education,the society’s attention to family school cooperative education has continued to increase.In order to adapt to the relevant changes to the greatest extent,the state has issued many detailed policy opinions and guidance norms related to home school cooperation according to the actual needs.Schools began to try to incorporate home school cooperation into the educational development plan.This is consistent with the literacy based education thought implemented in China,which can improve parents’ understanding,participation and supervision demands of school education to a certain extent,promote the school to comprehensively integrate various social resources and forces,and establish a good joint force mechanism of education and teaching according to the actual needs of students.However,at present,China’s laws and regulations on home school cooperation are mostly analyzed at the macro level.Schools prefer to use the official single cooperation mode to deal with the inspection of upper education leaders in the case of facilitating themselves,which makes it difficult for home school cooperation to really give full play to its effective value.After investigating a large number of relevant literature,it is further concluded that at present,most experts and scholars’ research on home school cooperation is mainly concentrated in the stage of compulsory education,and there are relatively few studies on senior high school.On the whole,the relevant research results are mainly reflected in the polarization: or the discussion content is too general and the proposed strategy is less targeted;Or focus the content on a specific case,media and other research,pay more attention to the characteristics of the content,so that the relevant content lacks the role of popularization.In the research,based on the perspective of student development,from the perspective of class teacher work,combined with the basic situation of education and teaching in senior high school,thisthesis carries out the research on home school cooperation,which is more conducive to diversification.At this stage,the academic community makes a positive contribution to the relevant research theories and materials in this field,and then makes a positive contribution to the continuous promotion of home school cooperation,which has a certain theoretical and practical research value.Based on the comprehensive reference to the research obtained abroad,this thesis summarizes and combs the relevant theoretical knowledge of home school cooperation,and then formulates a targeted questionnaire according to the needs of the investigation on the implementation status of home school cooperation in s of F City,carries out the preliminary test of the questionnaire,and tests the reliability and reliability.At the same time,combined with the test results and the suggestions of relevant experts and parents,reasonably adjust and modify the questionnaire,eliminate the options that do not meet the standard,and then get the questionnaire that finally meets the standard.This questionnaire is an effective measurement tool.Some teachers and parents were selected in the survey,and the questionnaire survey statistics and interview summary were carried out to comprehensively grasp the basic current situation of home school cooperation in senior high school and the potential problems,and put forward targeted countermeasures according to the actual situation.The thesis draws the following conclusions in the research: first,the importance of the current home school cooperative teaching model is gradually increasing.For high school students,follow the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development,give them comprehensive guidance with the help of home school cooperation,build a high school home school cooperation system from the perspective of students’ development,and make positive efforts for the healthy and stable development of high school students.Second,at present,the effect of home school cooperation in s of F City is not satisfactory.Using the form of questionnaire and interview,taking the starting point of home school cooperation in ordinary high schools from the perspective of students’ development,it is clear that the current problems of home school cooperation mainly focus on many levels such as cooperation consciousness and cooperation methods,and analyzes the specific causes of the problems from the four levels of society,school,parents and students.Third,combined with the analysis of previous data and based on the perspective of students’ development,this thesis puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the home school cooperation mechanism from the aspects of optimizing the attitude and form of home school cooperation,comprehensively developing the main participation mechanism and implementing the operation and evaluation mechanism of home school cooperation,so as to provide reliable support for realizing the all-round development of students,establishing correct values and clarifying academic and work planning. |
