The promotion of science and technology innovation cooperation is an important part of the Belt and Road construction.Along with the continuous promotion and implementation of relevant policies, the national technology cooperation symbolized by transnational patent cooperation is being further strengthened.By identifying the key nodes and influencing factors of the Belt and Road transnational patent cooperation network, this paper conducts the current development status of the Belt and Road transnational patent cooperation, grasps the key countries and core technology fields in the current cooperation network, and explores the influencing factors of the output of transnational patent cooperation. This paper provides a reference for the collaborative development of the Belt and Road region and the joint improvement of innovation performance.By constructing a two model network of country-technology fields based on the data of cross-border patent cooperation in the Belt and Road. The structural characteristics of the entire bimodal network are analyzed, and then the entropy TOPSIS method is used to identify the key nodes in the Belt and Road transnational patent cooperation network by considering the different centrality indicators of each country and technology field node in the network.Singapore, digital communications, basic materials chemistry,China, optics and Israel. Then, this paper finds that there is a spatial correlation between the output of transnational patent cooperation in the Belt and Road countries based on the structure of the cooperation network,so we use the spatial Durbin model to consider the influence of the characteristics of the network structure and the external environment on the output of transnational patent cooperation in each country, and the results show that:(1)from(1)from the perspective of the Belt and Road network as a whole, the intermediate centrality and proximity centrality of the cooperation network structure have positive effects on increasing the output of cross-border patent cooperation in the Belt and Road countries, and the innovation external environment variables can further expand the promotion effect. This result proves the necessity of building "One Belt,One Road" cooperation relationship.(2)From the perspective of comparing key countries and non-key countries in the Belt and Road network, key countries are more prominent than non-key countries in driving the output of cross-border patent cooperation in neighboring countries, and the innovation spillover effect is more significant. This result indicates that non-key countries still need to make further efforts in order to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation of "One Belt,One Road" countries in transnational cooperation and innovation. Finally, based on the results of the study, this paper proposes some suggestions to improve the output of transnational patent cooperation in each country,so as to reach the goal of jointly improving innovation capacity and achieving mutual benefits in the Belt and Road region. |
