The New Vocational Education Law points out that secondary vocational education has an important status and function in the education system and personnel training system in our country,which indicates that secondary vocational schools should take more responsibility to train students.However,in the current secondary vocational classroom teaching process,students’ classroom problem behavior is relatively common and serious,which greatly affects the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching.In addition,how to effectively deal with students’ problematic behavior in class still troubles the front-line secondary vocational teachers,which is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this study will deeply explore the current situation and countermeasures of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students,which is helpful to enrich relevant theoretical research,and can also provide reference and basis for classroom management of secondary vocational teachers,so as to prevent and control classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students.This study adopts three research methods,namely literature method,questionnaire method and interview method.With the traffic department of N Secondary Vocational School in Nantong City as the research background,320 students were surveyed by questionnaire and 6students and 6 teachers were interviewed respectively.According to the investigation results of the current situation of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students,this paper analyzes the causes of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students from three aspects: student factor,teacher factor and school factor,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures.By combing and analyzing questionnaire survey data and interview content,the author obtained research results on the status quo and causes of classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students.Firstly,the present situation of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students: it has universality,diversity of forms and group particularity;There are differences in gender,boarding situation,grade,major and academic performance;Extroverted classroom problem behavior is serious,while introverted classroom problem behavior is tendentious.The causes are complex and the management is difficult.Secondly,the causes of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students are as follows: from within the school,the student factor has the greatest influence,followed by the teacher factor and the school factor.Student factor--students lack the "vitality" of classroom learning;Teacher factor--teachers lack the "action power" of classroom management;School factor-school "soft power" is not strong.Based on the survey results,this study puts forward coping strategies from the level of students,teachers and schools respectively.First of all,stimulate students’ "vitality" of classroom learning: rely on vocational skills competition to stimulate students’ learning energy;Teaching scientific learning strategies to improve students’ learning level;Implement multiple evaluation system to improve students’ self-management ability;Establish a "curriculum ideological and political" system to guide students to set up correct values.Secondly,to improve the "action power" of teachers’ classroom management: to carry out the idea of "lifelong learning" and improve teachers’ professional ability;Actively explore management skills to improve teachers’ classroom management ability;Firm "student center" concept,establish harmonious teacher-student relationship;Strengthen the training of class committee,give play to the power of teacher’s assistant.Thirdly,give play to the "supporting force" of the school’s "soft power" :build the campus culture and create a positive school atmosphere;Create modern classroom,give play to the charm of smart school;Strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,optimize school curriculum;Improve the classroom management system,improve school management efficiency.
