Teachers' management of students' classroom behaviors has always been one of the main contents of classroom management,and students' classroom problem behaviors will have many adverse effects on teachers' classroom teaching and student development,especially for secondary vocational students,students' classroom problem behaviors.The performance is particularly outstanding,with characteristics such as diversification and suddenness,which brings challenges to teachers.The behavior of students in secondary vocational schools is widespread,which has seriously affected the classroom teaching and daily management of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the behavior of classroom problems of secondary vocational students and explore the strategies of school and teacher education management.This study uses observation method and interview method,through the classroom problem behavior observation scale and interview outline,designs and compiles the questionnaire of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students,based on empirical research,using exploratory factor analysis,Pearson product difference correlation analysis and Step by step multiple regression analysis and other methods to explore the status quo of classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students.Based on humanistic theory,existentialism theory and behavioralist reinforcement theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors,and proposes prevention and correction of classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students.Strategy: formulate practical classroom rules for secondary vocational students;create a classroom environment suitable for secondary vocational students;improve the overall quality of secondary vocational school teachers;conduct diversified activities for secondary vocational students;develop multiple humanities for secondary vocational students Courses;psychological counseling and counseling for secondary vocational students.
