| In the past few years,more and more attention of the state has been paid to China’s vocational education work which has made many breakthroughs.Following the promulgation and enforcement of the National Policy on the Implementation of Vocational Education Reform,the VET College Entrance Examination has become the "breakthrough" focus of the national vocational education work in 2022,and has thus become a public issue of great concern.The “VET college entrance examination system”is gradually established.For promoting the vocational education college entrance examination system being established,Shandong Province explored the comprehensive high school running model,promoted the diversified development of high schools,carried out the pilot work of comprehensive high schools on the basis of research,and opened vocational education college entrance examination classes.Given the new age and the new national regulations,we must change the school classroom management to establish a better classroom management model and system to accommodate the development of the VET Advanced Placement class,a new type of classroom,which is based on the main purpose and premise of further education.Most of these students choose majors from Grade one of high school,and different professional classes are set up according to different majors.During Grade two,based on the grades or hobbies,other students will transfer from the summer entrance examination ordinary class to the college entrance examination class,and choose the vocational education college entrance examination,that is,“general transfer to vocation”.The emergence of vocational education college entrance examination classes has broken the traditional stereotype that ordinary high school summer entrance examinations have been the mainstay,and secondary vocational students are mainly employed,bringing more opportunities and choices for ordinary high school students,but there are also many problems in the process of class management.Therefore,the author mainly focuses on Zhucheng A High School in Weifang City,Shandong Province,around the current situation of class management of VET Advanced Placement classes,investigating and researching from aspects such as class and academic style,teachers and resources of teaching,finding some problems in the current class management of VET Advanced Placement classes in the school from the viewpoint of school,teachers(school leaders,class teachers,class teachers)and students,etc.,combined with questionnaire surveys and interviews,determined the problems and responsibilities of the school,teachers,students and parents.Therefore,the research focus of this paper includes the following four parts.Firstly,investigate the current situation of vocational education college entrance examination classes in Zhucheng A Middle School in Weifang City,Shandong Province,and learn more about the opening mode,development and class management status of vocational education college entrance examination classes,and the opinions and suggestions of class management stakeholders(students,teachers,school administrators,etc.).Secondly,the survey results are sorted out,and the main problems existing in the current class management of vocational education college entrance examination classes(such as in terms of class style and study style: poor quality of students,weak foundation,lack of goals,weak students’ self-control ability,difficult classroom management by classroom teachers,and weakened collective awareness of students’ classes;In terms of teaching staff: there are gaps in the management of class teachers,the tutor system is a formality,and the learning training and assessment system for classroom teachers is lacking;In terms of teaching resources: lack of professional skills computer room equipment,lack of professional skills teachers;On the part of parents: lack of family education training,limited home-school cooperation,hindered moral education work,etc.),discuss and analyze its specific manifestations and causes.Thirdly,put forward specific improvement strategies for the above problems.Fourthly,summarize the preliminary effect of implementing improvement strategies,and summarize the shortcomings of this study. |
