Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of "Three-dimensional Education" In Secondary Vocational Schools In The New Er

The "three whole education" means the education of the whole staff,the whole process and the all-round education.Facing the new era,secondary vocational schools must adhere to the concept of "three whole education",follow the law of ideological and political work and the growth of students,adhere to the characteristics of vocational education,explore regional school resources,promote the reform of education practice,and improve the effect of education.Taking Y secondary vocational School in Weifang City as an example,this paper explores the existing problems and deficiencies of "three complete education" through questionnaire survey and interview,and puts forward relevant educational countermeasures,so as to provide ideas for secondary vocational schools to carry out "three complete education" work.About the "three full education" existing problems,the study found that:there are some deficiencies in the construction of whole-staff education,which are as follows: the cooperative education of various functional departments needs to be further strengthened,the educational role of non-teaching staff needs to be further strengthened,and the role of class tutors is not enough.The whole process of education is difficult to continue to power,there are problems in different grades of ideological and political education work is not enough,online and offline ideological and political education work "disconnected",The ideological and political education work in semester and holiday is weak,that is,the process of education is not sustainable enough;The organic linkage of all-round education is difficult to achieve.The main problems are as follows: the organic combination of curriculum education and practice education is not enough,the resource platform of ideological and political education inside and outside the school is not rich enough,the role of network education is not enough,and there is still a large space for development of campus culture construction.Combined with the above problems,this paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects: the top-level design of "three comprehensive education",the role of the main body of education,the dynamic connection of the process of education and the development and utilization of education resources.Combining thinking and research,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy to optimize the "three complete education" work in secondary vocational schools.It mainly includes four aspects: First,strengthen the overall leadership of the Party,and promote the construction of the system of "three full education".We should highlight the main line of Party building and fully understand the importance of "three full education" work;We will optimize the working mechanism and do a good job in the top-level design of "three comprehensive education".Second,strengthen all personnel education,forming a multi-participation education force.It is necessary to strengthen the awareness of educating all staff and give full play to the function of coordinating educating all functional departments.Strengthen the education team construction,strengthen the education function of non-teaching staff;"Two teachers" lead the way in parallel,innovative implementation of class guidance system.Third,strengthen the whole process of education,construct the whole process of connection education path.To closely adhere to the characteristics of the students section,to achieve cross-grade ideological and political education work seamless;Online education resources will be reinvigorated to effectively link online and offline ideological and political education;Grasp the key period such as winter and summer vacation,and do a good job in the semester and holiday ideological education work.Fourth,we should carry out all-round education and build a pattern of "ideological and political education".Curriculum and practice activities to promote the integration of curriculum and moral education practice;Excavate and integrate education resources to build a resource platform for ideological and political education inside and outside the school;Develop and use network platform to build a new field of ideological and political education in cyberspace;Create a good environment and atmosphere,cultivate and shape the characteristic brand of campus culture.
