| Secondary vocational education is an vital constituent part of China’s high school education. It has a basically the same enrollment when comparing with regular high school. However, since1999, the university began to enlarge their enrollment, the quality of students in secondary vocational school has been descending dramatically, and the numbers of students which is in low level academic are increasing year by year. But with the high speed development of economy, the requirement for frontline employees in organization is growing, which means there is a higher quality requirement for our secondary vocational students. Therefore, our country pays great attention on the secondary vocational school, and invests more funds to make a reduction on students’ tuition fees, as well as provides more preferential policy for students who establish a business by themselves. But the true problem lies in the ability of secondary vocational students can’t get the need standard. Especially their existing academic problem has severely affected the sustainable goal of secondary vocational students. In order to realize the cultivated aim of secondary vocational school, achieve a reasonable employment situation for graduates, and cultivate more brilliant employees for organization. Doing a further research on the current academic attainable level of secondary vocational school has a certain theoretical and practical significance. This study investigates1205students in H school which located in Changsha city. Through questionnaire, face to face interview and other methods, this paper has a further research on the current problems existing on the academic fact and its forming reason of secondary vocational students, as well as puts forward some countermeasures.This thesis has four main parts. The first part expounds the cause of that problem, and the current domestic present status and research significance, as well as the research mentality and methods of that problems. The second part has described the detail presentation of current problem of secondary vocational students’academic field according to the questionnaire, working and educational experience from the authors and different kinds of literary. The third part are doing some cause analysis of the current academic problem of secondary vocational students according to the statistics gotten from the research. The final part presents numerous practical countermeasures which can improve the academic level of secondary vocational students. |
