Slow global economic recovery, China’s weak exports, the domestic economy by the export-led economy to stimulate domestic demand to promote economic change, the domestic economy is in a transition stage, the industrial technology to be upgraded at the same time, the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has become increasingly active economic and trade, domestic and foreign enterprises gradual influx and vocational education schools in Guangxi to compete in the relevant market in this environment, for Guangxi secondary vocational education schools and businesses, the challenges and opportunities exist; school-enterprise cooperation beneficial to both sides, separated from both sides harmful.Based on natural resources, economic development, human resources, education and cultural aspects of the situation in Guangxi vigorously invest in effective long cycle of higher education, not realistic; In addition, Guangxi enterprises are small and medium-sized micro-enterprises, they need more skilled workers to master the technology of the twelve, so efforts to promote the secondary vocational education is in line with the actual needs of the region’s economic development in Guangxi, which can achieve the maximum economic return with minimal capital investment, train more skilled personnel urgently needed in this area, to promote this region’s economic development in Guangxi. Due to both schools and enterprises the concept of consciousness is not unified, cooperative operating mechanisms are inadequate there is no system to protect the interests of both substantial government support is not enough and many other factors interfere with, which led to most of the Guangxi secondary vocational education school-enterprise cooperation in the shallow level of cooperation. How to promote in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation, Guangxi enterprises to transport a large number of skilled personnel to meet the business needs, promote industrial upgrading, promote the region’s economic development in Guangxi? This is a big problem currently in Guangxi in front of the secondary vocational education. It is also this thesis, the focus of the study.In this thesis, starting from the actual situation of Guangxi secondary vocational education school-enterprise cooperation, learn from the German "dual system", United States,"industry-university cooperation," foreign vocational education school-enterprise cooperation model, school-enterprise cooperation,"the direction of in-depth analysis, explore Guangxi secondary vocational education school-enterprise cooperation of the operating mechanism, the problems faced, and then propose solutions to this problem. This research through a lot of reading of the relevant theory, periodicals and other literature, for this stage of foreign domestic vocational education school-enterprise cooperation, analysis, summary, using documentary research, survey research, comparative study of France and other educational research methods, from different aspects of education, economy, culture, management, the use of qualitative and quantitative research, inductive analysis and deductive reasoning, theoretical research and empirical research on the substance of the in-depth analysis of school-enterprise cooperation and development trends, explore and try to find out to promote Guangxi and vocational education school-enterprise cooperation in-depth development policy. The results of this thesis are mainly the following aspects:First, through the course of development of domestic and international vocational education school-enterprise cooperation and the review of the status quo, with economic, educational, and cultural background in Guangxi, and further analysis, summarized the main problems in the current the Guangxi secondary vocational education school-enterprise cooperation.Second, according to school leaders, teachers and students, the relevant person in charge of the enterprise to carry out empirical research, analysis and summary to find out the reason for the problems Guangxi secondary vocational education school-enterprise cooperation, and pointed out that Guangxi secondary vocational education the development trend of school-enterprise cooperation. In the same time, the research of vocational and technical schools in Liuzhou, Nanning Vocational and Technical schools and other school-enterprise cooperation model as an empirical analysis is based on.Third, according to the status of the Guangxi secondary vocational education school-enterprise cooperation and problem, combined with empirical research on the part of schools and businesses, this paper uses the summarized analysis and deductive reasoning method is proposed to the government, schools, enterprises should communicate with each other, mutual coordination, mutual cooperation, based on market needs and trends and take positive measures to meet the actual Guangxi, with local characteristics, practical, such as Guangxi local government has introduced supportive policies, strengthen the construction of Guangxi secondary vocational teachers, which are conducive to promoting the Guangxi characteristics of secondary vocational education school-enterprise cooperation continues to deepen, to lay a solid foundation to further promote the region’s economic development in Guangxi.
